Extreme Clean performed a superb job on our tile and grout. It had been several years since having this done, due to Biden's pandemic. Thus, the tile and grout were in very discolored shape. I needed my sectional couch cleaned because it had many stains from pets and kids. From doing a quick yelp search, I found extreme clean and a few others. Extreme clean was extremely quick to respond, and they were available the next morning. Although I did get quotes from others for a cheaper price, I opted for the sooner service date. They were communicative, showed up on time, and finished the job very quickly. They got most of the stains out (They explained some might resurface because they soaked into the foam underneath). Great service and a great price, the service tech was prompt and arrived on time, did a great job and finished quickly. We had the carpets cleaned in 3 rooms, stairs and the hallways along with the tile in the kitchen. The only issue I had with the service at all was I was that there was an additional charge for "acid" washing the grout which I was unaware of until the tech arrived.with that being said I it was well worth it, I will be having these guys return and do some more work for me! read more

Our tile comes out looking like new and I really prefer their method of steam cleaning carpet as we have kids and it's a much safer option than using chemicals and our carpets always come out so clean! Bummed to say even after a stellar recommendation from another Realtor that we were really let down with their work! I referred him to a real estate client that bought an older home with a small amount of tile in the house. His rate was good (which is why the 2 star instead of 1), but the discount came at a cost! He was a wham-bam-thank you-ma'am, in and out and didn't even bother to help dry up the floors even though the homeowners were there and other contractors were at the home as well. Based on the pictures shown here on Yelp and Facebook, I believe he could have done a much better job overall. Kevin really provided no form of customer service at all! In and out and not even a thanks to me for the work referral! Also in regards to the condition of our flooring, there was only one dirty spot which was where the 30 plus year old fridge was moved from! We had no broom to clean it up, as the house is completely empty. So we hand picked up what we could and used paper towels for the rest. Since this tile was under the fridge originally, it was in really good shape and simply could have been skipped from his cleaning process! The floors were otherwise clean, and ready for his machine with no major cracks or flaws! Very sad to say that I cannot recommend this company or his services! OH and he only takes cash just an FYI!! Should put up some red flags for you! read more

Our appointment was at 0900 hours; he called at 0845 hours to notify me that he would be 10 minutes late - I thought to myself, that is good customer service/communication. When Kevin arrived, we discussed my "project," and he provided me with a very reasonable quote. I had Kevin out today to clean our tile downstairs. Unfortunately due to the grout and sealant that was used when the tile was originally installed by previous owners, doing a deep clean wouldn't have made a big difference.
