Used to be a huge fan for cold pressed freshly squeezed juices. But some how they moved into bottled juices - yes it takes a bit of time and there is little bit of wastage if making fresh. I'm not sure what I would do without Clean Juice. I come here 4-5 x a month when I feel low on greens, or just want a drink that will make me feel good. I haven't had anything I don't like here. Always clean and the customer service is always a 10/10. I order on the app (get your points people); it should the estimated time for pick up, and it's always ready when I get there. Every time I come here it takes me 20-30 min to get my order and there is no one else there. It is overly priced for mediocre food and the staff is not friendly or helpful. My avo toast was flimsy with a little rotten avocado spread on it and the acai bowl did not have the bananas, goji or blueberries it was supposed to have and was very limited on the toppings which were all frozen . The smoothie was really good I got the mangos n cream. But the food.... I got the breakfast wrap and I had to spit it out on my first bite. I used to work at a Clean Juice at a different location and was excited for the breakfast wrap. But I don't think the person who made my food followed the actual recipe he was supposed to. There was SO MUCH pepper and it was drowned in olive oil. It was mostly avocado instead of egg. And the cheese was really nasty. From the moment I walked to the register I was greeted and helped by a wonderful staff who asked me questions and gave me helpful knowledge about juice cleansing, let me try each juice and made sure I knew what I was buying, informed me of deals and subscriptions on their app, and was super friendly and patient the whole time. I think they have an amazing selection of juices and I love that you get to try it. They're fresh and labeled with dates as they constantly put more out. If you're going on a juice cleanse you should definitely get them from here. I got a one day cleanse- 4 juice pack which was around $38 and using their app you can get $5 off. Individually they are about $9.95 each. They have different types like sweet green, green, cayenne lemonade, beet, orange, pink, and various nut milk ones for that extra kick of protein and all of them have unique healthy blends. I tried almost all of them and for my first 4 pack I chose the sweet green, orange, beet, and gold which had cashew milk, turmeric, and more in it (really good). Each juice was super tasty and a perfect blend. I don't see how juicing will be hard at all if you have these. Wow the worker here was incredibly rude. I honestly don't know why I tipped her. I asked for no gogi berries and no strawberries on my bowl and to sub 2 different things and she tried to charge me for the substitute which I don't think is fair. The clean juice I normally go to never charges me for that since it's a SUBSTITUTE. If I order on the app subs are free. She also didn't smile or anything and just made me feel very uncomfortable. The business is located in a shopping plaza with many other business. There is limited parking in front of the business. The atmosphere was pleasant as there was music playing in the background. The staff was friendly especially the manager, Nicole. As I was placing my order with the clerk, Nicole walked behind her and tapped on a CleanJuice random act of kindness card. The clerk gave it to me and advised me that I could get anything for free. I asked if I could just get what I ordered for free and she said yes. I ordered the almond toast with gluten free bread which was topped with organic almond butter, an organic banana, organic hemp seeds, and organic honey. While Nicole was making my making my toast she asked if I liked strawberries and told me that it was good on the toast. And she was right. The toast is good the original way but I also enjoyed it with the strawberry. I was impressed that she took the time to ask how to spell my name because many people don't ask or spell it incorrectly. If you are not a coffee fan you'll change your mind after Coffee one. I think they use made-in-house cold brewed coffee which is less acid than conventional one. I am quite torn about Clean Juice. Was the juice super delicious? For sure yes. Do I want to spend over $9 for juice? Very very rarely. I was running errands in the area and I wanted a healthy treat so I stopped in. The girl working behind the counter was very sweet and knowledgeable about their juices. I was torn between two and she was nice enough to give me a recommendation and tell me the differences so I could make a choice. I ended up getting the immunity one. It had carrots, pineapple, ginger, lemon, and turmeric. It really was good and I felt good drinking it. As good as it was, I'm not sure I will be a frequent customer due to the price. Clean juice is a great option for healthy & organic juices, smoothies, and bites! 1) The service is INCREDIBLE!!! I've truly never met more friendly, passionate workers. They're also very patient and answer any questions that we have! 2) The menu has lots of options. I've only ever tried their smoothie bowls, though. I've tried the Beach Bowl, Berry Bowl, and the Nutty Bowl. All three were just okay - there's a bit too much acai to topping ratio, so I find that once I get 1/2 way through I'm left with only acai. I'm not sure if this is because Clean Juice gives you more acai or less toppings than other places (or even a combination of the two?). The Nutty Bowl doesn't have as strong of an almond butter flavor as I would have expected, which was a bit disappointing. 3) I think my main problem with Clean Juice is that none of the bowls are that flavorful - they all kind of taste the same. Additionally, the acai is a bit too watery for me. I'm a fan of super thick acai. Overall, it's not bad, but I'd probably get my acai fix somewhere else. 4) Prices aren't bad, especially when you consider how large the bowls are and how Clean Juice is 100% certified organic (which I really love). This is especially important because smoothies have so many berries in them, which are always on the dirty dozen list!! I definitely want to give Clean Juice another chance because I love how healthy/organic everything is, but I'll probably try a smoothie next time. read more
