Stopped by this morning on a whim and Tried the new Watermelon Extreme smoothie with a free 12 oz. offer (download the app if you don't have it!) -- super refreshing! It had the perfect balance: not too icy, not too creamy, just smooth and light. Loved that it wasn't overly sweet either. The staff were all teenagers and did a great job -- friendly, fast, and efficient. Excited to see new flavors like this one. TLDR: Refreshing, satisfying smoothies. Friendly employees. Reasonably priced and portioned smoothies. Variety of combinations and add-ins. They also sell pitaya and acai smoothie bowls. Interesting atmosphere. I arrived here on a Tuesday evening for a smoothie. There was a couple in front of me that had just finished ordering. The three teenage employees were having fun, helping one another, solving problems, and communicating well with customers. Rather than expressing stress or annoyance at the arising issues, these kids just rolled with it and made it work. It was quite impressive. They dealt with a broken card reader, only one working blender, and missing ingredients with a smile on their face. They explained the situation to customers and still managed to complete orders efficiently. I believe I ordered the lemon, ginger, spinach smoothie. It was refreshing and tasted great. I nearly ordered a smoothie bowl, but they were more expensive. On the wall to the right (across from the menu) they sell a variety of pre-packaged snacks and supplements. The service was so mid! The workers had no soft skills. Upon entering the male worker said "everyone seems to want to come in right before closing" with a condescending attitude! The hours are operation are for customers to come in at anytime during those open hours! We also walked in 40 minutes before they closed!! The smoothie tasted different then I feel it should have. It tasted most definitely like it was missing an ingredient. I've gotten the same smoothie for y e a r s ! The place definitely could have used a good general cleaning! The table weren't covered in stuff but they looked sticky and gross!! I think wiping down that bench and two tables could have made it a little nicer! Stopped in after a work out. It's conveniently located next to Planet Fitness and a quick walk to this shop. It's nice and bright, lots of menu items and they have a promo - smoothies $5. They offer additional protein items to purchase. Girls working today were helpful to select my smoothie. I order the Slim and Trim Veggie is which was delicious and filling. read more

i come here pretty often and they always make my Smoothies super fast and they always turn out great! Only concern is the last couple of weeks, I've placed an order and no one was even at the store and whenever I call no one ever answers. I understand with COVID and everything else going on that things can happen and they are probably understaffed, just been frustrating since it seems to be so often lately. Still a great smoothie place and will be back!! FYI my fave is the strawberry Metabolism and I substitute mango instead of the pineapple it comes with. Must try! read more

My kids like the product thus I can't quit this location. But, problems continue to plague this store. Every other time is a major letdown. Ordered something online. Came in, waited 30+ mins past the time it was supposed to be ready. Told, after waiting so long, they don't have it & it sounded like they've been out of "it" for a while (not that they just ran out). How do I get my refund? "You have to contact Smoothie King corporate". Two big problems to me... 1. The app and the store are not in synch. I don't know if it's an app problem...I feel that the store should be able to 86 items so that online orders will reflect when something is not available. Another time, we ordered online and when we arrived the workers said the online ordering system was down. I use a lot of different restaurants apps and Smoothie King's is the most disjointed by a mile. It is a literal gamble (about 50/50) that there isn't a problem with online orders. 2. Staffing - my aforementioned long wait was because they were short-staffed on a weekend day. The workers were audibly complaining - the mgr is unreachable, the shift lead called out, etc. You should schedule an on-call person for every shift (from past experience, you should be scheduling 2 people on-call). Your business would have come across better if they bit the bullet, took 5 mins to call someone in charge and let them know the situation to get help. These kids were left hanging and it sounded like they had another 3-4 hrs before any help was coming to the rescue (next shift?). You need to have an available escalation when it's that bad (phone tree) & someone in management has to be able to answer their phone call for help: Shift lead then Manager(s) then Owner. They were totally in the weeds. About 20 online orders and one worker said they didn't know what order they came in (training issue) to make a train of tickets in the timeline they came in. In spite of being so far behind, they kept taking in-person orders AND not warning these guests it would be a very long time before their order is filled. When your short-staffed, you have to triage and pick your battles. Making a small percentage happy with customer services beats disappointing 100% of your customers. In this case, I would have told walk-in customers you are only taking online orders & the estimated time is ___ mins. Let customers decide if they want to wait that long. Don't hold them hostage, especially if they can't issue refunds. But, it's clear your staff needs to be trained & versed in being overwhelmed. Teach them to identify what goals to hit when they find themselves in this situation. read more

While it may smell ok and look ok, it isn't! There are fruit flies and bugs in there. Staff, for the most part, is rude, and the area manager is disrespectful and inappropriate to his staff while customers are in the building. I could only imagine what he is like when there aren't any customers around. From what I have seen and heard, he slams doors open,throws things, and even talks to people like they are less than dogs. The smoothies are a delight when made following the recipe. If they are going but not doing it by the recipe sheet printed out for them, they are bland and watered down. It also tastes like there is mold in the ice or water. If that is the case, someone can get really sick! They are supposed to close at 9pm most nights, but instead, they are closed by 8:00pm, and they are supposed to open by 7am most days but in all actuality they sent open until almost 8am. Consistency is key. I'm not sure how they are still open, to be honest! Wish I could suggest this place but I can't. Maybe if the employees were paid more they would want to come to work and do their job as they should. read more

I usually don't do this but, I was coming in to get a smoothie last night and when I came in there were 2 girl workers dancing and screaming on top of tables in the lobby. When they saw me they went behind the counter and where honestly pretty rude. One in particular had a pony tail. The staff is not friendly. My card was charged immediately for online ordering, but there is no person to make my smoothie and the door is locked. What is going on???? Nothing like having a pink-haired teenager yelling at you to wear a mask as you are already in the process of putting your mask on in the doorway and the teenager is 25 feet away in an empty store. Please tell your employees not to yell at the customers as they are putting on their masks. read more

Management must be horrible because half the time the employees don't seem to know how to make the smoothies.

Agree with the previous comment, it will be a while before I come back to visit. More friendly during the week than on weekends.
