Of course I freaked out and asked my wife what happened. She being a very trusting person did not do a walk around of the car after getting it back. The car was fine when she left the house, she drove directly there and directly home after so there is no possibility the damage came from anyone/anywhere else. We tried calling them immediately but they were closed for the day by that time. We left voicemails/texted them, they never responded back and after leaving the voicemail every time we tried calling we were forwarded to voicemail, we had to call their other locations multiple times just to get them on the phone. Once we finally got ahold of them the manager was absolutely dismissive and said they were watching video and would get back to us. The owner then called back and for some reason thought we had an issue with scratches on the windshield, we let him know that was not correct and explained the issue to him..he said he would watch the surveillance footage and call us back. We never got another call back and tried calling them back multiple times over the next 2 days. Because we never got a call back my wife went in today to try and get it resolved. The owner is absolutely trying to deny responsibility for the damage. It's a brand new car only purchased a few months ago. The owner has no integrity whatsoever and refuses to take any accountability. Just know that if anything happens to your car while getting washed there they will not do the right thing and will screw you over. So I guess I have to make a police report about it and see what path we have to take going forward to try and get this resolved. If you have a nice new car and care about it DO NOT GET IT WASHED HERE!!!!!! Terrible business!

I paid $79 to have both washed, which included a $12 option for tire dressing. The quality of the wash was outstanding but I'm giving them 4 stars only because when you pull in I found the entrance and route to the wash bays to be confusing when navigating a smaller RV through the many semi trucks being washed there. However, I will 100% go back again and I can definitely recommend them. And give the hard working guys a cash tip!

Stopped by this Costco in Palm Desert to fill up on gas, and go inside (if not too crowded). Found…read moreit to be so less crowded than our neighborhood SoCal ones. Gas has reached over $6 a gallon now, so actively looked for a Costco while traveling from Palm Desert to Joshua Tree. The entrance to the gas station is not meant for high volume, with the eight lanes (4 islands, 2 pumps each so no need for parallel parking in a middle spot) having space for 3 individual cars behind. Once those fill up, there is no space except to go out to the street. Price was significantly less than the surrounding stations, and the paying/pumping was exactly the same as every other Costco (one tap if you have the Citi Costco card). We did go inside the Costco, with the mandatory membership card tap to enter. Once we got our few items, lines weren't too bad with additional checkers using hand held scanners to individually scan each item in the cart, eliminating need to have to put any items on the conveyor. It does make it faster...it's not Amazon Fresh that needs the RFID 'scan the whole cart at once' technology, but Costco. The food court is inside and wasn't too crowded, and would have stopped if we didn't have other plans. The $1.50 hot dog/drink special always tempts me.
