And I should file a claim with my insurance company and they would supply me with others license plate information. Crazy! Terrible Customer Service as well. The entire setup was confusing from the start…read more You're paying for a "full-service" wash, yet you're required to stay in the vehicle the whole time while it's being washed, which defeats the purpose of full service. To make matters worse, they charge an extra $5 simply because it's a Bronco. Overall, the process was frustrating, the pricing felt unreasonable, and the experience did not match what was advertised.
