Firstly I must mention that Rich who came to do the job was courteous and very thorough and took NO shortcuts, after he was finished my carpet looked almost brand new and that's quite an accomplishment with 15 year old carpet that had never been cleaned before. I would tell you that if you hire him to do the job you won't be disappointed! You'll really like the result. From now on I'll never use any one else. ADDENDUM: After waiting overnight so the carpet had time to dry and then vacuuming the carpet as they suggested it looks even better as they said it would.
