FANTASIC JOB GUYS!!!!!! Moe and Aaron arrived on time, very professional and they replaced 15 angle stops, 5 bathroom faucets, 1 kitchen faucet and 5 toilets in one day. To me it seemed impossible to do this in a day but they proved me wrong. Their knowledge about plumbing was impressive, they fixed things along the way, communicated with us at all times, showed us the final work and cleaned everything before they left. Very knowledgeable and they quickly installed my faucet, shutoff valve and pressure valve. They do perform an inspection of the house plumbing, in which they provide additional recommendations and estimates for additional repairs. As long as you prioritize your repairs and not commit to anything outside of your priorities or budget you will be safe. They do appear to be a bit more pricey, but they did offer upfront estimates which saves me some time. All other vendors requested site visit for an estimate. read more

Call them for a water heater repair. They were able to come same day and provided an estimate for water heater replacement as they said it wasn't repairable. Their quote seemed high but they said they would honor a price match if provided within 14 days so I went ahead with the work. I gave them a quote for the exact same water heater plus the additional equipment listed in their quote and they said they would honor the difference. Got a check in the mail a week later and it was for half of the amount expected, when I reached back out to them, they said the quote I provided didn't include everything, which it did. Although they did perform the work well, I don't feel like they honored their price match and kept trying to find loopholes holes on why they didn't pay the full difference. Probably won't be going to them for future work because of this. read more

You know, I was prepared not to like these guys, because I felt the price was a bit high. After all, they were just supposed to tighten a bolt that my son couldn't reach without an offset wrench. In the end though, they had to do more than that. The work seems to be holding up. Carlos followed up to make sure we were happy. He didn't argue, but asked me what I thought would be the right amount to charge. I was actually so happy we got this done after having this leaking bidet for so long, I declined to have him reduce the price. We had what we thought was a leak with a lot of water damage and called around to several plumbing companies and went with Olson superior for the quick availability and reasonable pricing. We are glad we did. Once our technician arrived he went to work right away. After a short time it was determined we had a slab leak. The leak detection covered a plumbing report needed for the insurance claim. After finding the leak they stopped it and provided options and allowed me to chose what and how I wanted to move forward with the repair and I was even provided a repipe estimate.
