Gas line before was sticking out
    Diane N.

Thank you Sean! My range is no longer sticking out . I had recently upgraded my range due to the last one breaking but unfortunately the gas line behind the stove was actually protruding and didn't allow the new range to fit properly. It was sticking out about 5-6 inches and looked around to find a reputable plumber to help us out. I contacted a few and many of them told me they didn't do residential work or anything "small". Randomly I was on Nextdoor and asked if anyone knew any good plumbers and 12/20 responded with Graham Plumbing so I figured I'd give them a shot. Right away Reagan set me up with an appointment and even if we had to reschedule I really appreciate that she left multiple voicemails to get to me. On Monday I had Sean come look at the site and see what could be done and right away he told me what would be the best solution. He first checked the water pressure, smart meter and water heater to see that everything was running fine. He then noted a few problems and gave me different options for what he could do. It was nice to know that Sean was quick at pointing out things that our home inspector had told us to repair in our home report. So I knew that Sean was the real deal and wasn't just trying to get us to add more unnecessary projects to the gig. I appreciated the different cost effective options but I opted for the best one, which included everything that we planned to get repaired anyway. It was nice to just get it all done in one full swoop than to have to do it in parts. Sean was very pleasant and took the time to care for our appliances, cabinets and furniture. He also took the time to explain the process and steps as he went. He also showed me what I needed to do when the gas line shut off due to the earthquake shut-off valve and it was nice to know I could explain it to my husband afterwards. He cleaned up and left the place spotless too. Overall, my experience and impression was pretty positive and I know I will 100% contact them again for any other updates or issues. Thank you so much. Prices were also really fair and reasonable considering all the work that was done.

They came out with an hour of calling them. The tech was able to unplug the clogged drain. Good job.

They did a great job adding a hot water heater to our community pool bathroom (which never had any hot water)

Ask the Community - Graham Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

Hello. We are having some remodeling in our kitchen and laundry room. We need our gas stove reconnected. And we need our gas dryer moved about 3 feet and reconnected (including a longer gas hose and vent pipe). Do you do this type of work?

Hi Christopher, yes we install and repair gas lines as well, so this is definitely something we can help with. Just give us a call or send us a message and we'll be happy to set-up an appt. at your convenience.

Do you route new shower water and shower drainage lines?

Hi Kyle, yes this is something we do frequently. Because it's a project that will vary according to your bathroom layout, etc. we would need to take a look at your shower in order to provide an estimate. We're always happy to come out and provide…

I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Now this company is going to be our go-to plumber for future needs! Daniel, the owner, is super knowledgeable and honest about what is recommended for the home based on the pipe condition. He personally came out to look at our pipes and provided reasonable recommendations based on his assessment. He was willing to work with our budget and got the work done in two days with very minimal disruption to our ability to use water. We got our pipes relined and a two way cleanout installed professionally. Everyone in his crew (including Daniel) were super nice and were willing to educate us about the work that was being done. He also identified some root balls / blockage past the sidewalk in the sewer line, and let us know that it was the city's side of responsibility. He even helped us reach out to the city and confirmed that the city covers their side of the property line. We are still waiting on the city to respond (no control over the speed), but I'm thankful Daniel went above and beyond to assist. Plumbing is hard work and I'm so glad that Daniel and his crew exist. Thanks again!!
