I can't say enough about how great and honest this company is! I had a big company come out and told me that my pipe was so clogged that they needed to be descaled and hydro flushed. They brought me out to look at the camera they put up the pipe to showed me how much it was clogged and told me it was going to cost $3800 to fix it. I definitely wasn't going to do that until I got a second opinion. Long story short Graham plumbing came out and showed me what was on his camera and there was no debris in the pipes at all like the other company showed me. What ever they showed me wasn't my pipe. The Graham tec probably could have told me the same thing or something close to that to make money but he was so honest with me and said I didn't need to get that done at all. The technician explained everything to me so I could really understand what needed to be done. He was so professional and thorough and I will never use another plumbing company! I needed a water leak system and I reached out to Graham plumbing. They were very informative and not trying to pressure us into an expensive system. Thank you Sean! My range is no longer sticking out . I had recently upgraded my range due to the last one breaking but unfortunately the gas line behind the stove was actually protruding and didn't allow the new range to fit properly. It was sticking out about 5-6 inches and looked around to find a reputable plumber to help us out. I contacted a few and many of them told me they didn't do residential work or anything "small". Randomly I was on Nextdoor and asked if anyone knew any good plumbers and 12/20 responded with Graham Plumbing so I figured I'd give them a shot. Right away Reagan set me up with an appointment and even if we had to reschedule I really appreciate that she left multiple voicemails to get to me. On Monday I had Sean come look at the site and see what could be done and right away he told me what would be the best solution. He first checked the water pressure, smart meter and water heater to see that everything was running fine. He then noted a few problems and gave me different options for what he could do. It was nice to know that Sean was quick at pointing out things that our home inspector had told us to repair in our home report. So I knew that Sean was the real deal and wasn't just trying to get us to add more unnecessary projects to the gig. I appreciated the different cost effective options but I opted for the best one, which included everything that we planned to get repaired anyway. It was nice to just get it all done in one full swoop than to have to do it in parts. Sean was very pleasant and took the time to care for our appliances, cabinets and furniture. He also took the time to explain the process and steps as he went. He also showed me what I needed to do when the gas line shut off due to the earthquake shut-off valve and it was nice to know I could explain it to my husband afterwards. I would highly recommend Graham Plumbing. I had called them to help with some plugged outside drains. Vincent came out and explained everything. He was very polite and worked very hard on the issue. It was really bad, so despite all the work 3 hours, the pipes would really need to be replaced. They did not charge me the whole quote but because they could not get the stoppage cleared due to all the roots that had built up in the pipes. However I do like that they will apply what I paid, to the quote they gave me for the pipe replacement. Vincent made sure to clean the areas near the drains and left it as when he got here. Julio and Steve were both great at assisting with our water heater issue. Our water heater died on us and we needed to get it replaced ASAP - the team was over the same day we called and had a new water heater installed within a few hours. A couple days after installation, we heard loud high pitched noises coming from the water heater at various parts of the day, so we called Graham Plumbing back to take a look. Didn't want to post this initially because it was partially my fault for not getting pricing up-front, but now they contact me like they think they earned my future business. I called graham based on the great Yelp reviews a few years ago. I had a blockage in a shower drain due to what appeared to be grout from repairs done before I bought the house. When the guy arrived, I let him know I previously tried snaking, which didn't work. I told him the drain needed to be replaced. He insisted on trying to snake the drain, which just ruined his equipment. After about an hour, he tried the crawl space & realized he didn't fit. Had to call a smaller guy who was on another job across town. First guy waits in his truck for a couple of hours until the second guy arrives. Second guy then insists on snaking the drain, ruining his equipment before trying the crawlspace. Guy 2 finally goes under & does what I originally asked for in under an hour. I get charged $800 to replace 2 ft of drain 5 ft from the crawlspace opening, because they spentso much time doing what I told them wouldn't work. Never again. read more

My shower drain was clogged again and I wasn't able to get a hold of our usual plumbers so I went on a hunt and called local plumbers. Graham Plumbing sent out Julio and although there was a bit of a glitch in our initial appointment, Julio showed up and took care of our clog with ease. He also volunteered some advice on how I can prevent, or at least, prolong another clog. Sunday I realized I had a water leak in my front yard. At the recommendation of my General Contractor, I called Graham Plumbing. The person that answered the phone was very friendly and she had Robert out within the hour. Robert gave me my alternatives and the work started. I was told I was leaking 3 gallons per minute. Danny and Victor came out and did most of the work. Both guys were extremely professional. They had to work around numerous water lines including the main, irrigation lines, and water softener lines. Then there were wires. They got to the leak and I decided to go for the repair rather than replacing the full main line at a much lower price. I believe this was the right decision for me. They accepted my decision. Part of the repair included removing a buried valve installed by the previous homeowner. I always complained about low flow in my sprinkler system. The valve was corroded almost shut. My flow is now so much better. Thank you Robert for what you did. Danny and Victor, you guys were great! Thank you Graham Plumbing. Robert arrived right on time to give a bid on, and install, a new sink and faucet that we had provided. He verified measurements, checked everything, and gave us a quote. During the process, he pointed out that our water heater was 11+ years old, near the end of its life expectancy, and recommended replacement. We agreed to the upsell and added the new water heater to the job. They started with the water heater, and as they were finishing, Robert informed me they could start the sink installation but likely wouldn't finish it that day. To avoid leaving us without a sink, he suggested scheduling a follow-up visit. While I understand the reasoning, I was disappointed that the original job, the sink installation, was delayed in favor of the more expensive upsell. Had they installed the sink first and scheduled the water heater for another day, I would have given 5 stars. Robert and Shawn showed up the following day and installed the sink. It took them 8 hours to remove the old one and complete the installation of the new one. No shade on them, they did a great job, but it was a difficult install; old tile, old wood framing, and a very tight fit. I would definitely use them again. read more

It pains me to write this review, but I feel that it's necessary given the absolutely unacceptable treatment we've received from this company. My chief complaint is that, after receiving service, we've been completely ignored and ghosted by this company for what, as best as I can tell, are petty reasons. My experience with Graham started out well. We were looking to replace the old flanges on our upstairs toilets as part of an effort to change the bathroom floor tiles, along with a new bathroom vanity installation. The plumber they sent was great, taking the time to ensure that things were done properly and thoroughly. Unfortunately, he made a critical error towards the end and accidentally angled a shower head while performing a test. The water splashed over the glass doors and poured onto our shower floor for some time before he realized his error. This water went through the open toilet flange down to our kitchen, spilling water through our light fixtures. Needless to say, it was a nightmare scenario. How did my wife and I react? Despite the shock of the situation, we were very understanding towards the plumber and didn't blame him. We accepted it as a freak accident. We were eventually put in touch with the owner of the company and he was never once apologetic about what had happened. To his credit, he was willing to cover the damages, but he felt strongly about going with his preferred water restoration company. I wanted to choose my own so that I could be sure there wouldn't be any conflict of interest, but as he preferred to use his own to save some money, I offered a compromise: we'll use your company, but we'll also have a 3rd-party water restoration company visit and observe their process and provide their own report as verification. He ultimately agreed to this. The water restoration company came and did their job very professionally - no complaints on my part. The owner came by during the water restoration group's initial walkthrough and, once again, didn't show any concern to us as customers and was instead focused entirely on the results of the walkthrough and determining the extent of the damage. I didn't get a great impression of him as a result, but ultimately, whatever, right? As long as things were fixed. Eventually, water restoration completed its services. The same plumber came back and finished his work well. Despite all this, my wife and I still appreciated him hard work and were happy to request him again in the future. However, after services were complete, this plumber suddenly stopped answering my questions via text or call (I was interested in further plumbing work at the house). This was strange, as he was communicative and we had developed a friendly rapport. I then called the company, and they assured me that they would have the plumber call me to follow up. This never happened. The company stopped picking up when I dialed. I was extremely confused - are they seriously ignoring us? We didn't do anything wrong, after all. Surely this is all coincidence. Finally I was able to get someone to pick up the phone, and it ended up being a very strange conversation, full of weird pauses before the woman replied, along with snickering/laughing I could hear on the other side. At his point I decided that the situation was weird and that I should just avoid the company. Fast forward many months later - my shower drain got backed up. I saw the excellent review sore on Yelp for Graham again and figured, why the hell not. I called. Someone picked up! I requested an appointment to snake the line and it was all set for today, between 1-3. Shortly before 1, I called to let them know I was running behind and wouldn't be home until 1:20 or so. Nobody answered. Nobody shows up during our window. I call them at after 3. Nobody answers again - each time I'm sent to voicemail. Did they seriously set up an appointment with us just to ghost us? Unbelievable. This type of conduct is completely unprofessional/unacceptable. If you have an issue with something that we did as customers, at least have the guts to talk to us about it and be up-front about not wanting to service our home. Not that I can imagine what we could have possibly done to warrant this treatment. TLDR: Graham flooded our bathroom and kitchen. We were very understanding about the situation. They responded with ghosting and immature, petty behavior. read more
