Now I didn't know that plumbing companies were allowed to sell insurance but this sounds like a scam to me. The building was also very empty with nothing in the first floor and was dark with not a lot of lights on. Also the sign on the building do not match the company's itself.

Day 2, I called in the morning and they said no one was in service to come out. I called a second time saying it's urgent because we have 2 elders living in the house and they need the toilet. Still nothing. We are currently on day 3 of not being able to use our own toilet (4 people in the house) and they have failed to contact us.
