Tony was the consummate professional during the installation process with a very friendly attitude. Nothing bothered him. He fully answered all questions I asked. When I said an OLD heater, Tony confirmed that the code 0140 corresponded to the year and week of manufacture: 2001, week 40. 25 years ago.! Draining the heater turned out to be a big issue. A thick calcium deposit had formed on the bottom of the tank and it took awhile to drain the tank. But Tony handled it as the professional he is.
