He came over gave us a very detail presentation of how everything worked he then left us the films we were interested and let us experience which one would work for us. I loved how he brought towels put them on the floor making sure no water from his own hand made water solution backpack (so cool and creative) to clean the windows to his own trash can and ladder. I can't say enough about Tim except it was such a pleasure meeting him and we are very happy with all the seven windows you did for us. However, do not hire them to pressure wash anything. When my lanai was finished and dry I walked out there and there were still spider webs, mold and dirt on my screens. I took a rag and started wiping things down and the white rag was literally black with dirt. I contacted them asking them to make it right and got a bunch of lies and told to have a blessed day. I could have hosed the lanai down myself and it would be cleaner. They do not stand behind their work. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. Or save $300 and hose your things down yourself. It will be cleaner than when they finish a job. Worst pressure wash I have ever seen in my life.
