I was having issues with an error code the hot tub was giving, and Nick was able to pinpoint it to one of two errors while troubleshooting. He cleaned my filter and tested my pool and went on with the rest of his busy schedule. The next day, I was given a reasonable estimate for ridding my black mold and for servicing my three pools. James spent a week working tirelessly to rid the black mold without having to drain our pool.
