I have been going to this place when I tell you for almost over 20 years never once had I had an issue. Not one time. I went today to get my car washed with the receipt that I had from getting my oil changed. I was not aware that as of now the new management only honor is the free car wash within 30 days or else it expires.. meanwhile I had literal four receipts in my hand just from over the couple of months of work that I had done. The man that was standing at the drive-through and was checking receipts was a very nasty man. I asked him if he could honor the free car wash since I've been a customer for over 20 years and he told me absolutely not. This is normally my go to, but today I got here at 6:25pm. The car was closed at 7:00, so 35 minutes should be more than enough time do a simple exterior wash. Took my car today 2/16/2021 because the weather was beautiful but found this place VERY disappointing. The only thing that was cleaned and looked clean, was the exterior of my car and only that because the tires were left dirty. The mats, which I paid extra for to get washed, just got rinsed with water so the dirt remained. The inside, still with dust and whatever they use to spray clean the interior was left splashed. Now, I'm sure that the owner is going to read this review and reply "why didn't you speak with you?" My husband had my truck detailed a couple of weeks ago. $240 for this. The amount of cleaning product residue let all over the inside (and out), in every crack and crevice is astonishing. I have no words. Photos will speak for themselves. Now I am outside with a bucket of water preparing to clean up the mess that was left behind. Disgraceful service for a high price! Edit: OMG!!! When you get the oil change you get a free car wash and let me tell you when it's free it's like they can give a crap ! My cup holders sill had grime and what ever in them my dashboard still dusty and my hatch on my truck wasn't even touched ... when I pay they usually do the back of my truck free they call it In and half ass it. This is def. one of the most popular car washes I have seen on the island. I like to come here super early because if not this line can take up a whole section on Hylan Blvd and cause some traffic. The workers are pretty nice and they clean my car pretty good and even found a gold ring i guess i lost under my seats so that was a really nice thing to do since you hear nightmares about some places and how things go missing even your own car charger! I don't mind coming here and also getting my oil changed too next door, they also offer free coffee and bagel sometimes in there own private deli with proof of receipt from your wash so thats nice. Just today I went and used the valpak coupon for a $32.99 oil change, but was charged almost $50.00 because they changed my oil filter, without even asking me if I wanted a new one. This is the first time this has ever happened. The woman behind the counter said they always change the filter - which I know from experience is incorrect. THIS IS BULL; I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ASKED IF I WANTED THE FILTER CHANGED. For them to just take it upon themselves to pad their bill and not honor the friggin coupon, then they shouldn't send them out. I won't be going here anymore. I know things are tough for everyone right now, but don't lie to people and don't try to take them for fools just for a few dollars more. Place is really just a horrible car wash. No matter what you or what you pay the workers are horrible, the owner is nasty when you have a complaint. They never dry your car fully, the inside of the car is supposed to be clean but it never comes out clean. I always have to ask the guys to re wipe down the doors and the dash. We always wash our car there, recently we've noticed the car isn't cleaned good. The windows are with strikes, so my husband tells the guy tipat a little more attention to them. That made the guy flipp he threw the recipe to my husbands face and told him to leave, specifically saying if you need 50$ lobster go to a restaurant(?) and than started cursing at my husband.
