Very quick, so-so quality car wash. I used Auto Bath with unlimited washes plan in Feb-Mar 2025. The interior cleaning is done too quickly to be thorough. Automatic wash also goes too quickly but the car comes out reasonably clean though. The main problem of this car wash is a sloppy drying. The drops and streaks left quickly become white spots when they dry, especially on mirrors, rear bumper, sides. I had to stand and show them where to wipe it out. I saw one guy who was drying his car himself. Overall, ok car wash for a quick service. For more thorough wash - look for some other place. read more

I haven't had any problems with Staten Island Auto Bath but won't say they're an amazing car wash. I find that at most this and other decent car washes just get the job done. My car never leaves visibly dirty but with my OCD eyes I notice each streak the leave on my glass. They suck at keeping the windows streak free. The staff here are all right and not shady although I wonder if any of the, have drivers licenses. So long as they don't total my car I think I'll keep coming back. read more

The end result itself wasn't the issue. The problem was that there's absolutely no discernible difference between and exterior wash ($8.99) and a super exterior wash ($14.99)...no undercarriage wash, no extra wax applied, no Armour All'ing of the tires (as the super bath exterior sign indicates, and as the cashier assured me that "there's a big difference..." between the two). Came here for a super wash. You would except excellence when they charge you 25$. There were everything but. All though the machines did what they are supposed to do, the case came out semi clean. The workers did a half ass job wiping the car down. Water streaks everywhere. The didn't wipe down the inside, or clean out the trash or cup holders. The mats were soaking wet. The rim were just wet and more dirtier. Would never come back. No wonder the tip jar is up front, bcuz you wouldn't tip them if you saw the job they do. First off the prices are different from the entrance to when you get inside. I can honestly say this is the worst car wash I have ever been to. I went with the super package I believe. Inside/outside tires, windows, vacuum, dash. After the wash I noticed the rims were filthy, side mirrors, doors and bumpers. Don't even ask about the windows they definitely were not done. I grabbed a towel and started cleaning it myself right there. All the employees watched and did not lend a hand until I asked showed an employee my tires. He told me "you have to tell them to do it". Which is confusing because they know what package I paid for. He attempted to do the tires in a quick minute. I again had to re do the tires myself. I spent so much time cleaning the car that another customer thought I worked there and asked me if I did hand washing. I told her whatever she does do not use this car wash. I was going here for about almost a year I had purchased the unlimited monthly package and I had the most expensive one. But still every time I went the car wash would get worse and over the course of my membership the package kept getting stripped. It stated off washing all four of my mats to only the front two. Everyone there is nasty even the counter girl. One time I decided to get a quick car wash before work so I was on a tight schedule. Tried this place because I saw a coupon on local flavor all. At first, the place looks like it could be good. I warn you now, TERRIBLE. Probably the worst car wash place I have ever been to. The workers are lazy and rude. The car is still dirty in between places and as soon as I roll my seat back all the dirt is exposed. They clean like a five year old cleaning his room and just cleaning what can be seen and nothing else. The drying crew was no better. The super wash includes interior, this really means we spray down your window and that's it. They dried off half the tires and thought that was good enough. They left soap in between the door panel and didn't bother to wipe it off. The only good thing out of it is that I now know to NEVER come back and I rarely write reviews but this one warranted to people to know about so that they avoid this place or the owner straightens out his staff. read more

This place used to be great . Extremely expensive but great . I called today , despite the disgusting job they did last time , and the receptionist said it was open if I get there before 5 . Well I got there about 4:40 and was told it was closed . Obviously there is no communication with each other . Maybe it went to their head when they were great but got lazy . The non English speaking workers were so rude and ignored me when I pointed out all the spots they missed ( a lot of them ) because they were too busy bullshiting with each other . Decent wash at Groupon Price, but I'd be let down if I paid full price. The groupon I purchased got me 5 super bath washes for $32 ($7 a wash). The super bath includes vacuum interior, 4 mats, clean windshield / dash (dash wiped but no armor all on dash or seats), triple polish foam, wheel cleaner, armor all tires and sealer and spray wax. It normally costs 16 car / 19 truck. After each was from there I notice these small grayish clay like specks all over my car which must be one of the products they use not being wiped off before drying. They have also slightly rolled my windows down while drying the car causing streaks on the glass which annoys me. The car does look pretty good afterwards (but my car is sexy anyway) - but I wouldn't pay full price for this wash, I'd go to Tottenville Auto Spa instead. read more

AVOID THIS WASH AT ALL COSTS.. Would leave no stars if i could I have been coming to this car wash because of the convenience in proximity to my home. As stated before by another reviewer the workers here are acting like they're doing you a favor by washing your car that you are paying for!! I brought my brand new car to this wash a few weeks ago, and had the regular inside and outside wash done. Before bringing my car i had noticed a spot on the trunk where there was bird poo, as it sticks out on my red exterior paint. The car went through the wash (which they don't even do well) and when i brought it home noticed scratching in the exact spot on my trunk where the bird poo was. I called them immediately, and was received by an attitude from the girl answering the phone. 'Well theres no way to tell it was us'. After explaining to her id prefer to speak to the owner/manager she reluctantly took my information and promised the owner would call me. 3 days go by, 4 days go by, no call. Finally i decide to call again, and was put in touch with the owner terrence. He said to bring the car by they would wash it and try to buff it out for me. I show up the day he told me to come, low and behold terrence is no where to be found. The girl behind the desk calls terrence, who puts me in touch with an extremely rude worker, who seemed to be hassled by the fact that i was there, and upset that him or his co-workers scratched my brand new $45000 car The buff job he provided was a JOKE, and did nothing. When I asked him he gave me an attitude, said thats all i can do and left me hanging outside while he went inside, un-phased. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I left and called terrence, who all of a sudden began to backpedal about setting the situation right. He asked me to send him a picture of it, which i did and was responded with 'impossible my shop did this', and told me to bring it somewhere else to get it fixed, and very non-committal about taking care of the expense with a 'well see what happens kind of attitude'. This was the last straw, and i informed him ill no longer be a patron to his business, to which he responded calling me a 'true gentleman' This place is ran like a circus, the car wash isnt even worth the money, and the workers have an attitude, not to mention an owner who called a customer a liar. The quality of the car wash is very good but the false and inconsistent advertisement for their DoubleTakeOffers is disturbing. 1) At the car wash they charge $16 for a Super Bath Car wash. Yet in the DoubleTakeOffers ad they say the value of the certificate is $18 in the headline and later describe the certificate value to be $19. Well, which is it: $16 or $18 or $19? 2) They claim you get rain insurance but the cashier denied the rain check to me because "it was a DoubleTake deal" and she was instructed by her boss not to honor the rain insurance for DoubleTake customers. The sign at the car wash clearly states that the customer must show their receipt to honor the rain insurance but the truth is that they keep the receipt and attach it to the DoubleTake certificate for their own records! 3) They advertise that their hours are from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon to Sat). Yet, on Monday March 17, 2014 they were closed before 4:15 PM when I arrived to use my last certificate which would expire on the next day. The temperature that day was 36 degrees and it had not rained or snowed for days. Was it not convenient that they closed early on the last day of that particular certificate program. You purchase certificates but the Super Bath Car Wash does not abide by their own rules and policies. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I got the platinum (mini detail) right away the employee who handles the tickets outside gave a terrible sigh. I come back to my car after I think they are done. There's debri all over the interior of my car. I go back around to tell the guy he has to vaccum and clean the back and I walk inside to tell the cashier and try and get in touch with the owner(wasn't there) and there was no way I could get in touch with him according to cashier. I go back outside assuming they did the job I paid for and he puts the debri in a bunch up on the back seat of my car. I tell the guy 'why didn't you clean out the back? I paid alot of money($42) to get this all done. He yells out "I DONT THROW OUT GARBAGE" i gave up trying . Go to my car . There bird crap still on the car they didn't do the wipe on seal wax.
