My husband was tricked into buying monthly pass ....the lady told him that they were running a monthly special for $10 for two months with unlimited washes . Didn't explain that this pass automatically renews each month on the anniversary date of purchase. We were very surprised when we saw $29.99 charge on credit card and started investing...they took money next month too . We had no idea about that (we thought that this deal expired) and we were using different car washes...probably 6-7 times. We found out that you have to cancel the plan which will continue to be active until next billing date. read more

This place is a joke. They just remodeled and I pay a monthly fee. DONT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO THE MONTHLY DEAL!!! Almost every time I go there their new equipment breaks down They day it's a computer problem. Cars get stuck in the tunnel and everyone else has to figure out how to get out of the line. Have been going here for years. Another great customer service experience occurred this morning that reminded me to share this positive post. Customer Service is the #1 why I patronize the local places that I do. Retail is a very tough industry-this place gets it! The quality of the product/service and the value is solid. As I was paying for a wash this morning I asked a question about needing to cancel my monthly membership on another vehicle (due to warmer weather around the corner). Wont be taking my vehicle here again. Prices are way too expensive! I paid for a Good Wash ($12.00) and what they gave me was the basic. On top of that my car still had soap on it upon leaving the wash tunnel. Very disappointed will be sticking with Jons auto wash down the street. read more

I switched to this wash a few months ago for all 3 of our cars and could not be happier. My brand new car got fine scratches from the competition on hall road and they stopped power washing the dirt off before going into the brushes. They also used minimal amounts of soap. Clean view used the premium soap used in the premium washes at other places (you can tell by the smell) and plenty of it. Their brushes are softer and do not press so hard against the car too. By the time I get home the water has blown out of the nooks and crannies of the car and 5 minutes with a rag makes it perfect. The unlimited program is priced right too. read more

They broke an antenna off our car. It was just a standard antenna and no other car washes ever broke it. They said they would call us but never did. They also round up the "penny" on each wash but there is nothing saying so until you go to pay and see it on the reciept read more

I started using Clean View after purchasing my brand new 2017 GMC Sierra Denali Ultra. I did an extensive search and much research about automated car washes. And I found that NOBODY does as well as Clean View. #1. Technology. Before taking my GMC Sierra for a wash I began a dialogue with Frank, the owner. He is very responsive and explained all his equipment and why it is superior in the industry. #2. Continual Improvement. After a couple of visits, I noticed a lot of construction. Tom, who is usually there every day explained that they were going through a $1M+ improvement because, amongst other reasons, they weren't satisfied that the current brushes were cleaning tires good enough!! #3. Quality. The wash itself is outstanding and the blowers virtually remove all of the water. #4. Drying. Since the blowers remove virtually all water (OK almost all for those perfectionists, but even hand drying leaves moisture) there isn't a need for workers at the end of the lie to towel off your vehicle. #5. Care. Not having my GMC toweled off at the end is very important to me. I value the finish on my pickup and don't want towels that have been used and washed hundreds of times coming into contact with my paint! #6. Feedback. Tom actually asks for feedback. Once he told me a customer had complained that too much water was being left on his vehicle by the blowers. Tom adjusted the blowers and wanted feedback. He actually followed my pickup through the wash (and others I presume). #7. Price. Yeah it's a bite, but given the unlimited plan I feel it is worth it. Of course, that's an individual decision. #8. Access. If you have one of the unlimited plans you just pull up and hit the "no wax today" button and the gate opens. Quick and easy. The person who complained about having to wait was the problem not Clean View I wholeheartedly recommend Clean View. And, if for any reason, just talk to Tom (on site) or email Frank the owner. These guys really care Best regards, John P.S. A couple of suggestions. 1. remove the question about wax for unlimited customers. There is no need to open your window if this step was removed. Then if you want a wax you could still engage the menu. 2. Have the workers motion to advance where the customer can see at your side window. The windshield has been "soaped" leaving you blind, but the workers are frantically trying to get you too advance. Makes the driver nervous they will hit the vehicle in front of you. Just wave at the driver's side window where they can be seen! read more

It's a car wash, nothing special compared to other washes. However, a saleswoman by the name of Megan went above and beyond helping me with purchasing the proper wash and package deal. Though the general manager (I assume) wasn't very professional when dealing with her employees, I did enjoy dealing with Megan. read more

I HAD been a satisfied customer for many years. I would normally get the 2.99 wash and use the change to tip the dryers, who were always pleasant and did a great job. this all changed may 1st 2014. My car was dirty from the gravel road and rain. it was a gloomy day, had been raining on and off. I pulled in and was told 4.00$ for a {2.99} wash! Extra charge because my car was dirty??? I took my new Buick Lucerne to clear view car wash today on my lunch break to get it washed. After the wash I got out of my vehicle to fix my side mirrors and found out that the car wash has dented and also ripped off a piece of trim on my pass door. The "owner" refused to do anything about it and immediately accused me of lying about it. Saying "it must of been that way before". He told me if I want to I can call the cops he don't care. So I did and they told me that they get so many complaints that they don't get involved anymore. I'm 27 and work very hard for my money so I can buy nice things like my new car. And to have someone else damage it and accept zero responsibility is just not right. read more

Ok, here's my take on this place. I pulled up and there is a guy standing next to the machine where you pick and pay for your car wash. I am not an idiot and know how to choose and use the machine. He insists on doing it for me. Now the prices are 6.99, 11.99 and 15.99. I pick the middle one. No where does he indicate any difference on my car what I have paid for. You get on the conveyor belt and they pre-spray your car and you go. There is about 4 feet between cars. Every car is getting the same wash! What a scam. Also, when I look at my bank account the next day, they have added .01 to my bill as a donation. I paid with a credit card so they didn't have to make change. A donation is voluntary! Don't steal my penny! I know its not much, but don't rip me off. I'm sure they all add up after the season is over. read more

Unlimited washes for 14 bucks is a good deal if you use it a lot. Most other places are 4 bucks and they include heated blow dry and towel dry but not at clean view. Car is always still wet when it is done and I do not understand why they have a tip bucket when they do not towel dry?For now I will go back to the other car wash down the road for 4 bucks and towel dry, if I wash my car once a week it would be 16 bucks not 14 bucks but worth it at the other place for heated blow dry and towel dry. read more

Self wash been closed for very long time, disappointing. Anyway I did go thru the newly remodeled full wash, they have 2 ports you can go thru to pay first. thought i was in a Seinfeld episode - there was only me and one SUV in front of me, the other port was open but there was an attendant by the SUV so thought I'd go thru this one, paying cash - well they weren't moving??!! then i see all these other vehicles going thru the other port no problem whizzing by me - so I backed up and went thru other port, then that one was not moving, then i moved back to initial port, was ridiculous. for what should have taken me 2 minutes since there was no one else but me when i pulled up, took 15-20 minutes!!! when I finally made it up there to pay, of course i was pissed the attendant told me the others all had easy pass, BS they did not all have easy pass, and when i finally made it to pay that did not take any time, he was trying to push the easy pass, really!!!??? I just waited 15+ minutes to pay cash for no apparent reason except the guy in front of me had issues obviously!! No thanks, just let me go thru so I can get the hell out of here!! think I may take this guy to court for discrimination. I tried to sign up for the $13.99 unlimited car wash pass and the owner told me I couldn't. He said my car was "too dirty" and would not sign me up. yeah Sherlock, that's why I'm at the car wash, I wouldn't be here if my car was clean. He stated that they are in the business to make money and my car would take too long to rinse off before I go through the car wash. Use to pay for individual car washes here but since it is spring with all the rain and such, I figured I spring for the unlimited car wash plan. I couldn't find any fine print stating that if your car to what they call "too dirty" that they can deny selling to you. Never do business with this company again, I think what they did is a form of discrimination as their is nothing stating that they will honor the unlimited plan if it is what they consider "too dirty". which really it wasn't just some mud around the wheel wells from going down a dirt road 2 days before. It's wasn't like I was off roading my god, I'm a 55 year old women. read more
