Be forewarned- not only does the young girl who answers the phone here sound like she's from a very…read moreurban environment (you may not understand her slang) but she's not competent AT all when it comes to the services being offered at this shop. This shop is okay if you absolutely need some customization at the last minute or are on a tight deadline and don't really care about the quality of the work done here (b/c it's NOT top notch), or if you bringing your daily driver here (just don't EVERE bring your weekend car or ANY car that costs upwards of $50k-$200k or more!!!!!). For starters- while they have no problem providing you with quotes, they do NOT invoice their work- so when it's all said and done, you will pay and simply get a receipt (absolutely NO itemized listing of what was done). I believe that they do this to HIDE additional charges and the quotes you receive over the phone are often not accurate. They have no SHAME in making sure that you prompted with the TIP option on their little credit card device (last time I made sure to choose NO TOP while smiling at the clueless young receptionist!) So in summary, if you HATE being ripped off or paying an additional $100 to$1000 more (as I once did on my Telsa) then don't bring your car here, as transparency/organization/clear communication is NOT a priority at this shop. Also, we have gotten work done at literally over a hundred shops across the US on our 14 cars (ranging in MSRP from $76K to $278K MSRP) and this is the only shop where the owner tolerates the installers/employees blasting loud music and yelling like animals for extended periods at a time (while he's sitting in the office making calls)- I literally felt like I was in a zoo- NEVER AGAIN!

The job was done in half the time I was told. I've power washed the truck a dozen times, live on a dirt road and the wrap is holding up very well. Good service and honest.

Customer service is very subpar. Initial encounter with service rep wash rushed and rep talked…read moredown to me instead of explaining the process. Kept car For too long. Also did not review the repairs with me to ensure the work was completed. Would never recommend this place.

We took our Nissan in for repairs after a pickup truck hitch had backed into and wrecked the grill. A week later, I was side swiped on the freeway. To make matters worse, after we got that fixed, someone backed into it and tore off the bumper while it was parked. Oy vey. From the start, Mike was professional, clear, and super easy to talk to. He took the time to thoroughly explain the costs and procedures before, during, and after the repair--so we always knew what was happening and why. He kept us in the loop every step of the way, and even followed up after the jobs were done to make sure everything was good. That kind of communication and care really made a difference. Having never been involved in any auto accidents before, I don't have a price comparison. But we only had to pay our insurance deductibles, so I guess that's a good thing. What could've been a stressful, frustrating situation turned into a smooth and even positive experience. Huge thanks to Mike and the team at Suburban Collision. Highly recommend!
