My appointments were rescheduled six different times, which made things difficult to coordinate. When the work was finally completed, it was unfortunately left incomplete, and the water softener system itself stopped working after about a year. Recently I tried reaching out simply to see if someone could stop by to look at the issue. I called multiple times and did not receive an answer or a call back. When I finally did get through, the call was ended abruptly, and shortly after it appeared that my number had been blocked, which made it impossible to continue trying to resolve the issue. I'm not writing this out of anger, but out of disappointment. As a customer who paid for the service, I hoped for communication and a willingness to stand behind the work that was done. I sincerely hope the company improves how it handles customer concerns in the future, because good communication and accountability go a long way in building trust with people.

I called on Monday to confirm we were still good for the afternoon slot but he said they were running late and asked to reschedule to the next day. Next day he texted me about an hour earlier than anticipated to say they were headed over; not a big deal as we were available. He and his crew were professional, quick, listened to concerns and finished the job, cleaning up the area to spotless condition. They did exactly what needed doing and did it well. We had received some estimates, and this was our last call. They came in on a Wednesday to give us an estimate earlier in the day and I had just arrived from working and was taking a nap but they have the best price and when we asked how soon they could do the job, they fit us in the same day. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and were quiet because I never heard them working. Definitely recommend them and will use them again when the time comes for our kitchen upgrade.
