Last year my old AC went out so I look for a replacement AC and E Eco living had AC's available to replace my old unit and it had good reviews so I went ahead with them to replace my old unit. Within a year they have been here twice to check my unit and since then my AC started to stops almost daily, now it's daily and some times twice a day. Terrible! My AC stopped working last night. I called first thing in the morning today at 7am they took not and said someone from the service dept. Will call me to schedule an appt. I called again at 10am still said they call me back for an appt. Called again at 1pm said they made it an emergency and flagged my service so they're call me right away. Called again at 4pm still said they take me and a service manager would call me. It's 6:18 pm and still haven't received a call. Terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I cannot say enough to warn against this company. Where to start, the salesman lied about several things, and even when I confronted him, he kept lying! The workmen left their trash. I just found out they messed something having to do with the electricity in my house and I'm going to have to get an electrician to fix it.
