Updating my review since I found another cleaning company that provides a better deep clean. I initially had nothing to compare to Pristine since I've never had a professional housecleaning before. But now I can compare their work with another competitor in the area. After comparing the two cleaning companies, Pristine is good for regular maintenance and jump starting the cleaning process, but isn't the best for detailed work. Overall, I still feel like the price is appropriate for the service provided. This company will still be in my rotation, but just not for my idea of "spring cleaning". read more

I hired this company in a bit of a panic after the cleaners I used the day before failed to clean the specific areas I requested. I was in a rush to find someone else, and this company came through--accommodating my request for the very next morning at 9 AM, just in time before my appliances were delivered. The cleaner, Xiomara, arrived on time and was quick, efficient, and incredibly thorough. I'm kicking myself for not taking before-and-after photos--but just imagine the back of a stove that hasn't been touched in 10 years. She knocked it out in 30 minutes and still had time to help with other areas of the home. I'm so grateful for the quality of service, and the pricing was more than reasonable for 3 hours. I am on the hunt for a new housekeeper. My longterm housekeeper of 13 years is very sick :( So, I decided to try various housekeeping services. I chose Pristine Cleaning because of their glowing reviews. I scheduled a three hour cleaning. The cleaner arrived at 11:45. She spent her time from 11:45 AM until 1:37 PM cleaning two bedrooms and 1 small bathroom. Please note, I am the type of person that puts everything away before the cleaner arrives. I am a very clean person, so the two bedrooms only needed to be vacuumed and dusted. Also, both bedrooms are very small. One bedroom only has two dressers and a walking pad - it's primarily used as a dressing room. When she started to clean the kitchen at 1:37 PM, I left to grab lunch to get out of her way. I work from home and use the dining room table as my desk. I grabbed a sandwich and parked my car at a nearby park to eat. At 2:00 PM I receive a text from management that the cleaner has completed her work and left the house. UNLOCKED. I was floored that she was able to finish cleaning the kitchen, tiny dining room and livingroom in 23 minutes. When I checked my Ring camera, it showed she left my house at 1:46. That meant she cleaned three rooms (which included my kitchen) in 9 miniutes. I get it; my kitchen might have already looked clean to her. But at least she could have mopped the floor and dusted the off the dining room table? I shared this with management, and to their credit, they vowed to make things right. They offered to send another cleaner free of charge. I truly appreciated this gesture. The new cleaner arrived and did an adequate job. She didn't use a bucket to mop the floor, which I thought was - unique? Rather, she sprayed the floor with a cleaning solution and mopped that way - without rinsing off the mop. Aren't you supposed to use a bucket of water? She also didn't fluff the pillows or put the dog bed back on the floor where it was to begin with. I don't know; maybe I am nit picky. When my previous housekeeper cleaned, it smelled SO good after she left. There was no smell of a clean house after Prestine left. Anyhow - all good. Our cleaning standards just didn't align, and that's OK. Maybe the other housekeepers on their staff are better. The names listed in the other reviews are not the two women that came to clean for me. I had this service roughly a month ago (8/7) and finally remembered to give a review. I had requested the three hour deep cleaning for our bathrooms. Unfortunately, she left 15 minutes early. Out of three hours, 15 minutes is a decent chunk of time to bail. We have vertical drains in our showers and they weren't even touched, so they were just as filthy. My husband was home so if she was unaware how to get the drain out, she could have asked. The main parts of a shower to clean are the floors and drain, yet that was not done. I don't believe this was a "deep clean", so much as a general wipe down. I could have done this and I. Catty was there for 3.5 hours total and did a pretty good job cleaning the house.Unfortunately she was not able to complete the job within the 3 hour window for the price quoted. I contacted pristine cleaning and they responded in a very short time frame. They had quick availability and were willing to work around my schedule since I wanted to have the house cleaned as a surprise for my girlfriend while she was at work. Update in response to the owner message below: it's the right company.. I posted what we were told by the representative who answered the phone/does scheduling. Perhaps monitor what she's telling customers, we were told everything from they went to lunch after their last house but will be there soon to they were in a car accident. No customer booked under my name because my husband booked the service. The team arrives well over an hour late with no notification to the customer at all unless you call and ask what's going on. It's an inconvenient pattern of customer service. This is why we were only 2 time customers in 2019 (they didn't return our call fir the 3rd booking). read more

Paid $150 for a 3 hour deep clean. I only had the cleaner work on 2 bathrooms and a kitchen as I was moving into a new house. I clearly communicated what I needed cleaned. However I felt that she did poorly cleaning or she didn't bother cleaning what I had requested. I'll start by saying that I'm that home owner who declutters like crazy before a cleaning company comes over. Heck, my husband hates it because he's part of the helping me declutter. I clear most things, so that they can genuinely arrive and clean, instead of having to move things around. When Diana arrived, she expressed in Spanish, "Your home is so organized. We often don't know where to start!" I hired the company before- they were great the first time. Even after they broke a light fixture the first time, I figured it was an accident, but their cleaning was amazing. I was impressed then, but stunned to come to a home that barely looked vacuumed this time. I sent them these photos and could have genuinely sent more after I got home- I was only around for about 30 minutes of the four hours that she was at the house. Windows in rooms weren't wiped. Mirrors weren't wiped. Light switches were left untouched. Diana has an old school vacuum that doesn't have attachments, so edges are noticeably dirty. Bathroom vent wasn't cleaned. Shower tile untouched. The stove top had simple dried liquid from the previous night- I knew they were coming so I didn't bother cleaning the stove top after cooking. I laughed as I took photos. Laughed because during a pandemic, a company that claims they are using "hospital grade steps to disinfect and sterilize" what they did was laughable. After photos and descriptions of what Diana didn't do, I woke up to a 50% refund. I wonder what made them arrive at what number, but, hey, her four hours spent at my house should be worth something, I suppose. read more
