On the day the cleaners were supposed to arrive for the 11am slot, I get a call from their office saying "the cleaners are backed up and is it okay if they can be there in a couple of hours." I agreed to it since I had to have to house cleaned that day. At 3pm their cleaner Karla arrived to deep clean a 1200sqft townhome all by herself. Now, I have had my house deep cleaned before and there's atleast 3-4 people who come over to perform the job. So this came as a surprise to me. I called the company again to see if they were sending additional people as this was in no way a one person job. The answer I got was " Karla will call us if she needs help and if I was not satisfied in the final walkthrough they will then see what they can discount in the final cleaning. However the end result was she took 4 hours to clean the rooms upstairs and could not finish the job. Which was obvious since it would be inhuman for me to expect her to keep going post the 4 hour mark. She said I spoke to Cat (maybe owner or manager) and she will send someone else some other day to finish up the job. After this whole mess I called up Cat and had a heated conversation about this horrible service. There were so many inconsistencies in what her colleague spoke to me and what she said. For example she said the reason my job got delayed was the "team" that they sent in the morning met with an accident. While her colleague in the morning said that the cleaners were backed up. Now my question is, when you sent a team of cleaners in the morning, in what world did you expect Karla to finish the cleaning all by herself in the afternoon? Cat also put the blame on me stating that I did not mention it was a multi storey home. Whereas it was clearly mentioned in my booking that it's a townhome. The end result of this whole debacle was me ending up cleaning the whole living, dining and kitchen with a 3mo baby to care for. This was totally uncalled for and I did not expect to be cleaning the house even after hiring cleaners. The company did definitely discount me for the job they didn't do. But the discount was definitely not worth the stress and inconvenience I faced. This company is definitely shady in the way they run their operations and I would advice you to save your time and money and take your business elsewhere.

The worst house cleaning experience I've ever had. Esther, business owner called me to set up…read moreinitial cleaning. When I let her know she was asking more than competitors she said she will bring the price down so that I can "see the quality of the cleaning and I will want them for future cleanings since they do a really good job." The cleaners showed up the day of looking exhausted, with dirty towels/mops from a previous job and their vacuum dragging on the floor in tow. Cleaning was last Friday from 1:30 - 4pm, two cleaners. The entire time they were talking and giggling and I could see on my doggy cam the "deep cleaning" I requested included dragging the same towel from my fridge, to counter tops, to INSIDE my microwave. Mind you these dirty rags left a mildew like smell wherever they touched as well as dust/lint bunnies. Mirrors had lint from dirty rags on them after being cleaned, as did all glass surfaces. They didn't even touch my master bathroom or bedroom. The gentleman did thoroughly clean the base boards, as I requested as part of the "deep cleaning", but that was the only positive outcome. When Esther called to collect $$ she did say "they didn't get to one of the bathrooms" and I politely let her know the entire cleaning was overall not deep at all and highly unsatisfactory. She apologized and began to blame me that my place was too large (it's 1,600 sq ft) and that I have a dog (which I told her up front.) She gave me excuses with a forced apology and then asked if I could Zelle her asap. Upon receiving her text with her Zelle email, I wanted to confirm if she was expecting full payment at which point she became snippy and rude to me, which is attached for your entertainment. The cleaning sucked, Esther is unprofessional, and she can't do simple math seeing as 22/h for 2 cleaners from 1:30 - 4pm is $110, not $200. If she is taking that large of a cut (55%) from her employees then that is despicable seeing as she doesn't help outside of coordinating.
