The cleaning crew dream team came by on Sunday, 06/18 (Father's Day) to clean our (2) story townhome to accommodate our last minute cleaning request. The scheduler we were in contact with gave us the option of sooner, on a Saturday, but with only one person. As a customer, I truly appreciate being given this option. It was a bit on the pricier end compared to other quotes given by other companies BUT it was well worth it once I saw how deeply they cleaned. Nothing in comparison with ANY other cleaner I've seen. Between the two of them, it took 3.5 hours to deep clean our 1,100 sq foot townhome, because of how thoroughly they cleaned. The couple who cleaned were named Ana and Jose-- they really dug deep into the nooks and crannies of our home without being asked-- like for example, most cleaners won't clean the window sill unless asked or remove the things on top of your fridge to wipe it down, but they did! They also cleaned inside the fridge, oven and microwave at no extra charge. I was blown away with how detailed they were and impressed with their work ethic. There was a small minor issue, that was an honest mistake anybody could make, but they were upfront and honest about it, which hasn't been the case in the past with other companies I've used. Their services were not acceptable. There was a discrepancy regarding what would be included in the overall price. We paid for carpet cleaning, and when we arrived, the carpet still was badly stained. We had someone else come out today, and they cleaned the carpet much better. Stephanie answered saying that the stains would not come off, however, the other company we had to hire because of those stains, removed them, so SoCal Cleaning did not do a good job. I would never hire this company again. Stephanie says below that the stains would not come off, but again, we had another company come out yesterday and they cleaned the carpet and got rid of the stains. Maybe SoCal Cleaning just doesn't know how to clean carpets very well. Now, Stephanie is calling me a liar because the other company cleaned the carpet better than them. I called for cleaning service on Yelp and they were quick to respond however on an un-marked number. When I asked who was returning my call they hesitated to disclose the company name and number. When they provided it after my insistence to match who I called things got fishy. I am looking for regular service and they quoted me $350 for a one time cleaning of my 2 bed 1 bath condo. I said again I was looking for monthly service and he told me $200 per visit. I shared every time I had a cleaner over they were in and out in 2-3 hours. They couldn't be bothered.
