Yuji and crew just finished another deep cleaning for our property post fumigation. The pricing was reasonable and great service. The kitchen looks sparkling (grease on the hood and stove were all gone) and all mirrors and glasses look new. They even went above and beyond and dusted a few fans and some door screen. The crew was very nice and easy to work with, they might have missed a baseboard or two but was able to quickly correct once pointed out. Yuji cleaned our stair carpet and again sparkly clean. They have delt with the worst messes, both residential and industrial. They know exactly what to do no matter what they may come across. I thought I would never be able to get the char off of my oven range and somehow they did. I don't know how, but they did it. 2.) Communication: They are easy to talk to and make a plan. They will show up when they say they will. Extremely professional. They are straight shooters. 3.) Pride in work: They go above and beyond to do a good job. Not just for you, but for themselves. Requested our 3Br3Ba house be cleaned. The quoted price was 3x our typical cleaner who usually has 2-3 people for 4 hours. I figured I would see what type of service could be obtained for paying a premium. The team from Lenli had two people and came for 4ish hours. The results were far from satisfactory: - Baseboards in several rooms were not cleaned - obvious soap scum was left in a shower which was fairly easily removable - HVAC grates were not cleaned and are full of dust - a rag used to clean a baby's diaper pail was subsequently used to wipe additional other surfaces. - kitchen gas stove did not work afterwards due to improper drying and replacement of burners After communicating these issues to the owner I was refunded 50pct of my fee. It was still more expensive than my usual cleaner and worse quality. IMO not worth paying for and definitely not a strong attention to detail. read more

I was looking for a good and reliable house cleaners who are bonded. I thought I try Lenli. I never used Yelp to look for services before. I received a response right away and we made an appointment for their services. Two women arrived before the time (which I liked) and I showed them the house. Then, we left so they could start. They are amazing. They worked as a team. Our house looks better than when we moved in over 3 months ago. I might add that Lenli should have been hired by our previous owner to clean our house before we moved in. The floors are shining and my stove and vent are almost new. When we moved in, the griddle was rusty and I just didn't know if I could clean it. Thank goodness, Yoko-San made it usable. I booked Lenli Japanese Cleaning a couple weeks in advance. The owner Yuji was very upfront about the cost of the deep cleaning and was very responsive. The cleaners arrived on time, did a full walkthrough of the house pointing out all the areas they focused on. They take a really good look at everything and point out what they see and what I could expect. They really got deep into the cleaning and touched up all of the areas nicely. The prices are reasonable but above all, they are reliable and consistent (problems that I have with other cleaners - either not showing up for the scheduled cleaning or just poor work after the initial cleaning or just different cleaners every time). I requested a deep clean of my entire upstairs - three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Plus kitchen. Team of three people (one trainee) arrived a few minutes early and got to work. Requesting an appointment time was done via text which was easy. The job took roughly 6 hours, would have been faster but one person had to leave after three hours. The cleaning was top-notch. Every surface was spotless. I was very happy with the kitchen, areas I wasn't aware could be cleaned became shiny and new. The team kept me updated with timing and the whole thing was easy. I have used individual house cleaners for many years, and they did a decent job. As our family and our home grew, our cleaning needs did as well, and we began to outgrow our previous house cleaning. I tried several services that are pretty well reviewed on yelp, and they were pretty good but I didn't feel strong enough to settle on any of them. Recently I came across Kitokito and Yuji and gave them a try. After 2 months of biweekly cleaning I can say without reservation they provide truly excellent service, and we will only use them from now on. Most honest cleaners in the South Bay! Most cleaning companies try to hit you unnecessary flat fees or pressure you into more cleanings than you need. Not here. For my initial deep clean Yuji scheduled two hours. The maid took three but I wasn't charged extra for it (I gave her a big tip instead). The hourly rate is reasonable. Some of these other "deep steam cleaning" or folks with other shenanigans have insane rates. I get a monthly cleaning and am thinking of switching to biweekly since I like their service.
