I thought cleaning services did background checks on their employees. After carefully looking through my house, inside all closets, cabinets and every corner of the house, I discovered a shoe box sized jewelry that was INSIDE my closet, is gone. I know where it was because I had it the night before the service was used. We haven't had anyone else in our home, so I am pretty sure I was robbed. I sent them an email but I know realistically I'll never see my belongings again. In response to the rude comment, I sent an email to info@chromolumrinc.com, I believe the parent company. If I could give zero stars I would. I booked a kitchen and bathroom deep clean including stove/ oven, walls and baseboards. I paid for the appointment in full prior to receiving the service. After paying my appointment time was pushed back. They people who arrived to clean were 3 hours late. I paid for 3 hours and they only stayed for 2 hours. They rushed through the job missing the microwave, stove and oven, floors, walls and baseboards (I've included photos below). After they completed the job and left I noticed that my Ocedar mop and bucket were missing. I reached out to them several Times to return it. I spoke to someone named James who was very rude and unprofessional. He said the mop and bucket wasn't taken instead of doing his research and rectifying the situation. (I've included text messages) I ended up speaking to Jazmine directly and she brought me back my mop. But I'm seeking a refund for the experience and the fact that I didn't receive the deep clean that j paid for. Save yourself the hassle and don't book with them. read more

If I can give this cleaning company no stars or even negative stars I would. I was scheduled to have two people come to do a deep cleaning in my home and only one person showed up and was sent away. She was sent away because I confronted her manager James who was horrible and hung up on me. I confronted him and told him I had our messages for two people to come do cleaning and he said he never said that. He also asked to reschedule but I needed a deep cleaning done on my home before Saturday. I even told him I am willing to help her clean if he refunded me half of my money since I am doing the work. After hanging up on me he told the girl to leave and not clean my house. Then I asked for my money back and he never responded. Not only did he lie, treat me so rudely, but he stole my money. I attached our convo so he sees he lied! They are going to be hearing from my lawyer to get my money back! He probably didn't pay that poor girl he made leave! I first want to say that the owner of this company has changed.  I was informed that James Esposito recently purchased the business from Charlene.  Charlene and her staff were fantastic.  My husband and I used Silver Lining cleaning service (while it was owned and operated by Charlene) for nearly 3 years for my vacation rentals, we were always pleased with the service.  The new owner is the polar opposite of Charlene. This new owner is unprofessional and threw a tantrum because he was held accountable for the poor service of his staff. This cleaning service left the vacation rental completely unlocked overnight with valuable furniture and electronics inside. Silver living cleaning company folded wet towels and put them in the linen closet. They did not clean the toilet, in fact they left feces in the toilet. Silver lining cleaning company did not even have cleaning supplies of their own. Instead of mopping the cleaner that was sent out asked me if I had swiffer pads she could use. This company is a joke...we cannot trust this cleaning service. The cleaner they sent is clearly not a skilled cleaner she was more concerned with playing music than doing any work, the owner is unprofessional dishonest, and arrives late with no remorse or concern for others' time. Without a doubt, the worst experience from a Yelp provider. They asked me to pay ahead of time, sent a very slow cleaner who spent 50 minutes loading dishes in the dish water and dumping food in the sink then she said she had an emergency and left. Four hours later, the owner texts me that she left and he'll send someone else then he never responded. read more

We needed our rental house cleaned for the deposit back after we purchased our first home, the only issue was I would have to drive and hour and half to the rental to do a hour of cleaning and being in this pandemic I have no energy to drive 3 hours round trip to do a mediocre job myself. My boyfriend called silver lining and told them we were to be out by the first of the month and we just wanted the house to look good for the owner and next tenants. They were able to get us in that afternoon and two hours later the place was move in ready! They even cleaned the freezer that happen to thaw the previous weekend and I was planning on taking care of it. Well they were amazing and I am still embarrassed but thankful they took care of it and did better than I could've. They did a great job and I'm so happy they were able to do it on such short notice. I was comfortable going with Silver Lining Cleaning Services because their response was personalized, welcoming and they were transparent about the cost. OMG!!! I can't praise this company enough! Charlene and Jasmine cleaned my house and did an AMAZING JOB!!!! When I say they went ABOVE AND BEYOND, I mean it! They were so detailed and meticulous about making sure the house was cleaned to perfection. I will definitely use them again on a recurring basis and will refer everyone I know!
