Very happy with Julio and his crew. He arrived on time to look at the job (a residential garage) and provide a quote. He and his crew were also on time for the actual job. Lastly, he was running a little late for his walk-through the day after but did a great job of calling me early to let me know his new ETA. I like companies that respect my time. The job itself was scheduled for two days but because of good weather they got it done in only one, even though it meant a pretty late night. The prep was good - they ground the concrete instead of using acid, which is a good thing. Based on what I could tell, they used quality products like epoxy with 100% solids and poly sealer. We haven't been able to use the garage yet because of the cure time. There were a couple of very small details I noticed, and Julio had no problem sending someone out to do the touch-up. We heard it was tough to get exactly what we wanted done, and our other restaurant friends didn't have great experiences.
