Very happy with Julio and his crew. He arrived on time to look at the job (a residential garage) and provide a quote. He and his crew were also on time for the actual job. Lastly, he was running a little late for his walk-through the day after but did a great job of calling me early to let me know his new ETA. I like companies that respect my time. The job itself was scheduled for two days but because of good weather they got it done in only one, even though it meant a pretty late night. The prep was good - they ground the concrete instead of using acid, which is a good thing. Based on what I could tell, they used quality products like epoxy with 100% solids and poly sealer. We haven't been able to use the garage yet because of the cure time. There were a couple of very small details I noticed, and Julio had no problem sending someone out to do the touch-up. We were on a major time crunch and Julio and his team came through for us bigtime. I met with him for a walk-through of our church and he was very thorough...pointing out things that I didn't even think about when I was searching for a cleaning company. This made me feel very positive about this business because of how detailed Julio was. We only had a couple days to clean floors, pews, carpet, curtains and even our high ceilings and beams. I left a message with another cleaning company and they never called me back, so I was astonished when Julio not only answered the phone, but agreed to be at the property that very Monday morning at 6am.
