I've been a client for a few years now. Why? Rock-steady cut and style every time I want but a great listener and stylist on the rare occasions I feel like trying something a little different. She takes her time every time and may actually be a more hopeless perfectionist than I am. I'm a harmless semi-old man now, so perhaps it's OK....lol You can't please all the people all the time, but I also wonder about the motivations and attitudes of those that write negative reviews. Perhaps a look in the mirror would be informative for them? For me, I'm just glad Donna and her shop have managed to survive the "Pandemic".
