When I walked in (complaining about my difficulties finding shoes) I was immediately asked to step on this contraption showing locations of high pressure on your foot and your foot type (arched/flat footed). After this, I was recommended a pair of shoes and several inserts and tried them all on. I did not leave with anything because he didn't have a large selection based on what was recommended, and since the shoes were a little pricey, I wanted the "perfect" shoe if I was going to spend a lot. Despite this, I would recommend going here since the service is good (much better than a shoe store in the mall) and the shoes are better quality.
