I made a reservation with Verde to do a move out cleaning of a rental house. I received a confirmation email stating they would be there at 2pm. I was onsite until 3:30 and they never showed up. I tried calling their phone number and it continually went to voicemail. The voicemail said to send a text for faster service. I sent a text and it took a long time to get a reply. They answered with " the crew should have been there, I will see where they are at" I never heard back. I finally had to leave and I texted them and called again with no response, It wasn't until I left a text stating I had hired another company to do the work that they finally texted back. No explanation at all as to why the no show. I would NEVER EVER use this company. Completely unprofessional and worthless. Plus they took my credit card number at the time of booking. Steer clear of Verde Cleaning Service. Then I get an email thanking me for my business and asking to leave a great review. WOW! read more

Beware! this cleaning company will Bait n switch their cost as soon as they enter the door. I reached out to them because of the yelp review and completely shocked at how they operate. I reached out to them explaining the situation and asking for a quote. An empty townhome that needs a deep clean. They responded with a quote and their job descriptions. After reviewing the documents, I have agreed to schedule for the job. I asked them if they needed to come out to the home to preview the work but Jaime (the owner) confirmed that it wasn't necessary. 2 days before the scheduled date, the owner called and asked if they can come out at 7 am instead of noon. I agreed to accommodate to his request. On the cleaning day I showed at the home at 7 am. The cleaners did now show up until 7:18 am. In the email it states "you get a team of three trained cleaners and we provide all green, non-toxic cleaning supplies and equipment." When the cleaners arrived late, two ladies show up to the house. That should have the first red flag. As soon as they entered the door, one of the cleaners took 3 steps into the home and said " this is a move-out, we have to charge extra". This home is a 975 sq 2 bed 1.5 bath townhome that is completely vacant. In the email it clear states " Move-in/out". I immediately called the owner several times and sent him a message but did not receive any response. Realizing this is a bait n switch, I asked the cleaners to leave the home and that I will not agree to their demands. Right away one of the cleaner started raising her voice and mentioned discrimination. I am a 34 year old asian male who is an immigrant myself. I have seen these tactics way too many times... The owner called 20 minutes after and tried to explain that quotes are not final. That is totally understandable as I am sure not all homes are in the same condition. This is a vacant home that just went through a sale. 3 months prior the home owner had the home cleaned before listing it on the market. I will understand if the home was a complete mess. An empty home that had foot traffic during the sale. I do not know the reason behind the cleaner's decision but I wish not to associate with this company and others should be vary wary as well. The cleaners behavior shows she's done this before and her behavior will get someone sued. Businesses like this should not be allowed to operate. Owner does not take any ownership and will lie to get an appointment. Have never met such a dishonest people. read more

They have been cleaning our home bi-weekly for 3 months now. They show up on time and leave our home looking so nice. They make the kids beds look so cute and work well around our daughter's cluttered dresser. I just love coming home after they clean. I wish I had found them when my kids were younger. They are very busy and I almost gave up on being scheduled, however Jaime asked us to give him a little more time and he was able to get us added to the schedule. I'm SO glad we waited. Appointment was made and confirmed. However, when time came, no one showed up to clean. No one texted or emailed me. I had to email them to let them know that no one came. They weren't even aware. And instead of profusely apologizing and trying to build the trust back, they asked if the cleaners were sent back if they could still clean. I got that email after someone already had showed up two hours later. I allowed them to clean because I really needed the service. After that, I never heard from them again. They did send me an email to rate their service and an invoice. I tried to reach out to them first so that they can make amends to build my trust in their company so I wouldn't have to leave a bad review. I have not heard anything from them but an email to pay. I tried out their move-in cleaning service. Price is reasonable. It took them longer than quoted to finish but I didn't mind as long as everything is done. Overall they did an ok job. Most things are cleaned but when I check the bathroom closely, there were definitely a few spots missing here and there around the tubs and sink. read more

Ok, I was wrong....After last review, Jaime (Owner) contacted me and apologized for the mix up. I was able to get my scheduled cleaning booked. When we went to inspect our new house, found out the previous owners had not cleaned the house....I reached out to Jaime on the evening of the 4th of July and was able to get a cleaning crew out to our new place the very next morning. Let me say, if you can, request Maria and Monica, AMAZING!!! They cleaned that house from top to bottom and we were able to stay on schedule for our move in....Maria and Monica also cleaned our rental, FANTASTIC JOB!!! They do a good job with cleaning, but communication is sorely lacking. I have been using their services for several months now. They usually inform me of the day and time they are coming on that same day, sometimes with as little as only a 2 hour notice. Jaime takes anywhere from 3-5 days to return phone calls or emails. This is unacceptable. I live in a condo and can only afford monthly cleanings. I have a feeling that if I lived in a very large house and could afford weekly or bi-weekly cleanings, I would be much more of a priority to them. Given the reviews here on Yelp, it seems that they do not treat all of their customers the way they have treated me. read more

Jaime and his team have been taking wonderful care of our home for almost 7 years. They are reliable, professional, trustworthy, and do a fantastic job at a great price. They use natural products and pay great attention to detail. If you have an appointment from Verde. rest assured it doesn't happen unless they land up at your doorstep. We had set up a cleaning every two weeks. For the first visit, the cleaning crew landed up an hour before the scheduled time. No call or text to indicate that they were coming early. Four days for them to respond for a confirmation of the second cleaning , although it was agreed on to be once every two weeks. And we had sent an email just so there was no misunderstanding. Two days before the cleaning received an email confirming the cleaning. Then two hours before the cleaning , a curt message announcing a cancellation. No offer of an alternate time or semblance of an apology. Jaime makes a big show of quality control etc , trying to give the impression of a professional company but poor communication and even more poor service clearly shows what kind of a cleaning service it is. read more
