Showed up on time and had the right equipment to clean upper story gutters safely and clean the…read morewindows. Did not clean window sills when cleaning windows and screens. Failed to re-lock window screens in place in several windows throughout the house. Left dirt, from cleaning window screen, on bathroom floor(see photo). I found at least 12 of the small grommets (see photo) that hold/support plastic grill overlays on my Windows that we're not reinstalled to keep grill ends stable and secure in the holes provided. Left a mess on the ground of the residue that was removed from gutter cleaning. After I mentioned it, a bit was cleaned up m, but still left quite a bit more I had to clean up myself. I called and left a voice message to Darren within two days of job completion to complain about the grommets and dirt on the bathroom floor. I also messaged him after receiving no response (and included these same two photos) ...he's never responded. This even though his website says if a customer is not pleased with the work completed they will make it right. Not responding to my call or msg is just another complaint that won't be resolved. Subsequently, I discovered that the window sills had not been cleaned and the screens had been left in the unlocked position, which allows insects entry into the house.
