I requested a quote and an appointment via yelp for a move out clean and was quoted between $120-$140 and was scheduled two weeks out. I called two days before to confirm the date and time and then received a call the day before and was confirmed the time and the price. The day of, I was called 45 mins before the scheduled time and was told they were there waiting for me. So I had to hurry out of work to get there to open the door. The techs reviewed the carpets and told me it would be $300 without a deodorizer! The woman stated it's because the carpets are dirty (obviously they are or I wouldn't be having them cleaned!) ‍I told them I was quoted between $120-$140 and they wanted the name of the person who told me that. I told them I had it in writing and confirmed it the day before with a woman over the phone. The two techs talked in the other room (not too quietly or politely) and agreed to do the carpets for $140 without the deodorizer to "give her what she wants and get it over with". I left the techs to do the carpets and return back to work. The next day I checked the carpets and they were done basic and didn't look like they were done at all. The pictures show the "cleaning after their services". It's such a shame the new owners techs are ruining the clientele the previous owners had spent years establishing. Sadly I will not be using their services again or recommending them to anyone else. We are in the middle of a pandemic and it's shameful that people see a single mother of 3 as a way to up charge $160.00! Shameful.

I decided to give Kinneys a try and booked an appointment. They arrived 15 minutes early to the appointment, which I really appreciated. He did a walkthrough and got right to work. I was impressed with his level of customer service. He presented himself in a very professional yet friendly manner. The job took about 45 minutes and the end result was AMAZING. I had huge black spots on my light tan carpet in both the entry way and the hall. He was able to remove both spots. I felt the cost of the service was well worth it...I actually kinda felt like I got a bargain. I also was delighted that he didn't leave the carpet soaking wet. On another visit they didn't clean a glass topped coffee table. Their "window" to show up changed frequently and the same two people did not show up at anytime. My husband, who is home for these cleanings, often heard the team who did show up making negative comments about their teammates (concerning since we didn't know who was going to show up at our house!). As others mentioned, do not expect things to be lifted and dusted under. We stopped using them. We had the service every two weeks and they often spent less than an hour cleaning the house. We had them clean one of the 3 bedrooms in the home - the other two are office/hobby rooms.

Not a good experience with this company. The crew that initially did the interior windows were…read morelacking in detail. For example, when they squeegee the windows they let the water run down the windows and onto the windows sill. We had to give them towels to wipe away the excess water. Then, I had to point out some missed spots to the crew. The owner, Alex, came out two days later to complete the job by completing the exterior windows. In fairness, he did a good job. The windows look great. The problem was a broken roof tile on the second story. The tile in question was in an area right where he would be stepping just below the window he was cleaning. No one has been on the roof for two years. There were no broken tiles on the roof. When I pointed out the broken tile, Alex insisted he didn't break the tile stating he would have felt and heard the tile cracking. This might be true in some cases however the crack was a hairline crack. It's not like the tile exploded under his foot. Could have easily cracked without him hearing or feeling it. The point is the way Alex handled the situation was dead wrong as the business owner. What he should have done as the business owner to maintain integrity is say "I don't think I broke the tile but it's possible I did since I was working right there. I'll have the tile replaced." I told this to him as well as well as a former business owner myself. He basically said FU I'm not paying for that tile to be replaced. I paid the man but with questionable business ethics like this, move on to the next window cleaner.
