My 70+ year old mother hired them for a basement flood and they way overcharged her, tore everything out, then left without replacing the carpet padding that they tore out. they finished the wall and paint, but continue to refuse to replace the padding, saying it will be an extra coat. no. they tore it out in the first place, they should be grown up enough to fix what they did. if you need a disaster cleanup company, ran as fast and far away from this company as humanly possible.
