After I contacted Tim to express my concerns, he apologized and promptly sent a crew back to redo the cleanup. I was very pleased with his response and his commitment to customer service. They did work on the downspouts, but still never went through the neighbor's yard, despite originally claiming they had. No photos, no convincing explanation, and weeks of excuses. While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%.
