He said that Rainier trained and prepared him well. His final lesson was 2 weeks ago, and they did a few routes of "mock testing" at the DMV on a Sunday when the DMV was closed. My first son had Eric as an instructor, and my second son had Rainier. We have had an excellent experience all around with Driving Eric Crazy and recommend them to all our friends who are looking for a referral. We are thrilled with the results and can confidently say that our older son (now 18 years old) is a fantastic and safe driver -- in fact, the ongoing chatter in his friend group is that he's by far the best driver of all his other teenage friends! Do yourself a favor and call Josie and schedule Driving Eric Crazy for your son or daughter!! You can't put a price on a safe, confident new driver.

I'm so grateful we found Mikayla at **Driving Eric Crazy**…read more Our daughter was extremely nervous for her behind-the-wheel driver's exam, and in general she's not a great test taker -- but Mikayla completely changed the experience for her. Mikayla was able to meet with her the morning of the test for a two-hour lesson, and it made all the difference. She helped our daughter feel calm, confident, and truly prepared. What really stood out was how Mikayla coached her through the route the DMV personnel would take her on, which helped take away so much of the uncertainty and anxiety. They took the route several times to get her comfortable and familiar with changing traffic activity. By the time the lesson was over, our daughter felt comfortable and ready -- and she passed! Mikayla was also punctual and professional. And honestly, I think her youth helped her connect with our daughter in a way that made her feel more at ease right away. Her approach is patient, supportive, and confidence-building. If you have an anxious or shy teen (or any teen who needs a calm, encouraging instructor before their test), I highly recommend Mikayla.

They canceled my behind-the-wheel DMV test appointment without notice, and I nearly missed my driving test. The only reason I was able to take the test was because my instructor, Felix, genuinely cared and advocated for me. He managed to get the school to switch the schedule back at the last minute so I could make it. The school also refused to give me a refund for the canceled appointment. Instead, they let my instructor take me to the test by canceling another student's appointment, leaving her behind--even though she had already taken the day off for her test, just like I did. They also canceled one of my driving lessons without any explanation and didn't even inform the instructor. The only good part of this experience was Felix--he's the best driving teacher, and I wouldn't have passed without him. I wish I could have taken lessons with him directly, without dealing with the school at all.

My wife took their 10 Hour Driving Training course. Three issues:…read more 1. Every time my wife scheduled a two-hour lesson using their website, they would charge our credit card the entire ten-hour course cost ($815). This happened twice after the first and only authorized payment. They claimed they would refund us for the two erroneous charges but they never have after three months. 2. They assigned different driving instructors throughout the course. These driving instructors do not follow a uniform lesson plan and have completely different teaching styles. One of the instructors was great but the other was terrible. The latter instructor had no structure whatsoever. He simply told my wife to drive wherever she felt was right and had a blunt and rude personality most of the time. 3. One of their vehicles had broken air conditioning. My wife took the course over the summer so you can imagine how uncomfortable that was. She would come back from her lessons sweating profusely. This review managed to avoid receiving only one star simply because of the pleasant experience my wife had with one of their instructors (Jose). He earned them the additional star. Other than that, I suggest avoiding this place if you want to spare yourself the trouble.

From the beginning, they provided excellent training materials and got me behind the wheel for hands-on experience very quickly. What I appreciated most was their flexible scheduling, which made it easy for me to fit the training into my week. The instructors took the time to explain everything clearly, both in the yard and on the road, and they never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Their training gave me the confidence I needed to pass my DMV test and earn my CDL. They even helped me prepare by going over DMV test Whenever I had questions or needed extra help, they were there to guide me. Thanks to their dedication and excellent instruction, I passed my test and received my diploma. If you're serious about getting your CDL and want a school that truly cares about your success, I highly recommend Felipe's Truck Driving School. Thanks for helping me achieve my ultimate goal which you made it a reality. FELIPE'S TRUCK DRIVING SCHOOL IS THE BEST

The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic. There is always an instructor more than willing to help answer any questions, practice maneuvers, and critique you in a constructive way to ensure you have a proper understanding of what you're doing, or how to do it more efficiently. What helped the most was the flexibility of their hours. Working two jobs and one of them being at night made it a challenge but Alfonso, Ivan, and Christian did not hesitate to help out and ensure that I did everything correctly and give me the confidence needed to finish my training and get my CDL license. 10/10 experience and will highly recommend to anyone looking for affordable, effective, and flexible hours going into commercial driving. Thank you Felipe and all the staff for the effort and dedication you put into your students!

Unfortunately, my experience was a total miss. First, the atmosphere is extremely loud - blasting hip-hop the entire time, which made it hard to communicate. The place is clean and the building looks nice from the outside, but it felt chaotic. Students and people hanging around were in oversized baggy clothes, and almost none of the students had sharp, well-groomed hair themselves (only one guy had a decent self-fade). That alone made me nervous. I got assigned to a student with 250 hours who genuinely seemed clueless about basic barbering terms. I asked for a classic taper with mid-length sideburns ("halfway down the ear"). He asked me about sideburns, I repeated "midpoint," and he immediately shaved them completely off and gave me fenders. Couldn't follow simple verbal instructions at all. He also didn't know what split ends were when I pointed them out. Multiple times he had to go find the supervisor, who was nowhere on the floor. We waited 5-10 minutes each time before the instructor finally appeared. The students seem to only know one style: high or mid fade finished with a hard razor lineup. If you want anything more traditional or natural (taper, no lineup, softer look), you're out of luck. I get that it's a school and the price is low, but there needs to be real supervision and students need to learn how to actually listen to clients and execute something other than the same "hood fade" on every head. I left looking worse than when I walked in and I'm still mad about the destroyed sideburns. Maybe some people only want that one specific urban fade and are fine with the vibe, but if you're looking for a clean, classic, or customizable haircut in a calm environment, spend the extra money and go to a real barber. I wanted to support a school, but I won't be back.
