Josie explained the menu of services (single, multi sessions, pricing and structure), what to expect from it all and was an overall pleasure to interact with. Mikayla is an asset to this business, my daughter really valued the time spent with her and learned so much. She gained confidence along the way with her driving and this was all due to the style of teaching from Mikayla. Since I lived in downtown, Mikayla was able to pick up my daughter for instruction and schooled her with all the ins and outs of the dreaded DMV driving exam. Like most people, i kept asking myself "does my daughter really need this? I can drive, why cant i teach her?" ... well yes, but I can assure you we don't all drive the way the DMV handbook lays it out and what they actually test for... so do yourself a favor and hire the pros! I cannot stress enough, learning from an actual instructor who knows what to expect from the DMV will be the difference maker in having a successful result. Fast forward to yesterday and my daughter passed her driving exam!!! Thank you Josie and Mikayla for being part of this important milestone, you two are the best. Be sure to check them out!! =)

He said that Rainier trained and prepared him well. His final lesson was 2 weeks ago, and they did a few routes of "mock testing" at the DMV on a Sunday when the DMV was closed. My first son had Eric as an instructor, and my second son had Rainier. We have had an excellent experience all around with Driving Eric Crazy and recommend them to all our friends who are looking for a referral. We are thrilled with the results and can confidently say that our older son (now 18 years old) is a fantastic and safe driver -- in fact, the ongoing chatter in his friend group is that he's by far the best driver of all his other teenage friends! Do yourself a favor and call Josie and schedule Driving Eric Crazy for your son or daughter!! You can't put a price on a safe, confident new driver.

WOW. Where do I begin. Ok, this company ranked top 3 on my list for the WORST customer service…read more(w/in the last 10 years of my life). I would highly suggest that you DO NOT waste your money or time on these guys. They were so bad, that they don't even deserve one star. No joke. I chose them because they were one of the cheapest and they were local. I thought, "Hmm, why not support a local San Diego business". Bad move this time around. To sum it up, I completed my online traffic school course on a Wednesday, and did not receive my completion certificate until 9 days later. When I called 5 days after my completion date, they said they already sent out my certificate. But when I finally got it in the mail, the postmark on the envelope, was dated for the day I CALLED TO FOLLOW UP. Not the day after I completed the course (when they said they sent it out). So, it's safe to assume they forgot about it, or just lagged. I live in SD and used the Postal Service before, it doesn't take that long to receive something! When dealing with the courts or the DMV, I take it pretty seriously. So for CleanTickets.com to be so sloppy with my documents (especially when I have a deadline to fulfill), I feel its completely wrong and unacceptable.

This is my second time going to traffic school and I knew exactly what I wanted this time around…read more My previous experience with a different school was for a lack of a better word, HORRIBLE! I called several schools from the list that I received from the court only to discover that while they had great service their website was lacking, and if their website was great their customer service was mediocre at best. Cleantickets was the last call I made and I was already tired (I called 14 schools) and ran out of patience-I was actually a bit rude to the representative at cleantickets.com. The preventative Jack made it very clear to me in his calm respectful voice that I could try the school and not pay a dime if not satisfied-and so for $18.99 why not? I began to feel a bit better about the whole thing... First, their website is very user friendly. It doesn't have all the crap the other websites do. Second, the information is well arranged, the study material is very easy to follow, you take notes, the system saves your progress-simply FOOL PROOF! I decided to sign up online since the process was simply and straight to the point-3 minutes later I am in a chapter list page and began to read the study material. The way the material is presented is easy to the eyes, it has color were it needs it the most for you to concentrate and focus on the prime points-and by the time I got to the final exam I got 95 percent! The course was supposed to be 8 FREAKING HOURS! I took me only 5 hours and change to get it all done! Man on man was I a happy camper! I procrastinated and waited until the last 3 days to get it done-the court refused to grant me "another" extension so I called cleantickets and requested express delivery service, and I though everything is great so far but I'm sure they are going to STICK IT TO ME for this service. I was wrong! They have an excellent life-saving service called SAME DAY PICK UP service and I received my certificate the SAME DAY for a mere $23.99! In short, if YOU WANT a bad looking website, poor educational material, poor customer service, super expensive delivery fees or hidden fees for that matter DO NOT CALL CLEANTICKETS! They have none of that. If you are looking for the opposite and are picky just like me then give them a call or checkout their site www.cleantickets.com, I assure you your experience will not be disappointing.

Cheap price, but you get what you pay for - ruined my hair and wasted my time…read more I normally pay $50 for a haircut from my regular barber, but with prices going up I thought I'd try this barber college since it's only $15 and the reviews mentioned supervisors always being present. Unfortunately, my experience was a total miss. First, the atmosphere is extremely loud - blasting hip-hop the entire time, which made it hard to communicate. The place is clean and the building looks nice from the outside, but it felt chaotic. Students and people hanging around were in oversized baggy clothes, and almost none of the students had sharp, well-groomed hair themselves (only one guy had a decent self-fade). That alone made me nervous. I got assigned to a student with 250 hours who genuinely seemed clueless about basic barbering terms. I asked for a classic taper with mid-length sideburns ("halfway down the ear"). He asked me about sideburns, I repeated "midpoint," and he immediately shaved them completely off and gave me fenders. Couldn't follow simple verbal instructions at all. He also didn't know what split ends were when I pointed them out. Multiple times he had to go find the supervisor, who was nowhere on the floor. We waited 5-10 minutes each time before the instructor finally appeared. The students seem to only know one style: high or mid fade finished with a hard razor lineup. If you want anything more traditional or natural (taper, no lineup, softer look), you're out of luck. I get that it's a school and the price is low, but there needs to be real supervision and students need to learn how to actually listen to clients and execute something other than the same "hood fade" on every head. I left looking worse than when I walked in and I'm still mad about the destroyed sideburns. Maybe some people only want that one specific urban fade and are fine with the vibe, but if you're looking for a clean, classic, or customizable haircut in a calm environment, spend the extra money and go to a real barber. I wanted to support a school, but I won't be back.
