When she put a hot cloth under my shoulders I started to cry. It has been so long to feel that good. I am not sure if people are aware that facials are so much more than washing a face and slapping cream on it. A facial targets all the places where I carry my stress. And to be touched like that, gently with only the concern for my relaxation. I am not sure if you noticed, but male bachelors don't do that. A foot rub is rushed to unzipping their pants. Since it was our Anniversary, they allowed us to reschedule without paying the cancellation fee. That was amazing. We booked the forest room. The float itself was wonderful, but the shower after was lukewarm warm for maybe a minute and then just went straight to cold. If this was my first time, that would have deterred me from coming back, but the last time we were in the galaxy room, the shower was amazing (super hot and on top of that.. it was a steam shower). Im sure the forest room shower was just having a one off tonight. I would recommend the galaxy room. Just a tip, there is no mirror or comb in the room to touch up your hair and make up, so consider bringing one.

I had booked 4 services for a girls weekend and then 3 hours before my service (1 of the 4) was cancelled because the staff member called out, which I understand but then they offered me a different service (at full price I might add) which I polietly declined. They did not offer the day spa/pool for free to me so I could at least be with the rest of my party before and after their appointments. Then to top it off I got the reminder text that the people in my party had to check in, but when they got there, their treatments were all cancelled!!! Luckily they were able to get their treatments since no one else walked in or same day scheduled. Loved also hearing that the staff made comments to my party about how lucky they were to get a walk in appointment. What a mess and disappointment after this trip was scheduled months in advance. This was the second year we have planned this trip and I can say for certainty next year I will not be booking here.
