Hands down the only place for colonics in the Bay Area. Clean, professional, and nurturing. Grace Janho is a consummate professional.

I've also been trying to book since they opened, and I've had no luck until now because availability is limited and spots go quickly. That's not the business's fault. After trying every week, I finally got a reservation for next month, and the booking process was smooth. I'm really looking forward to my visit.

Fjord is the Bay's hottest new sauna // cold plunge experience…read more Snagging a spot was difficult because everyone is wanting to try Fjord but the actual booking system itself was easy to navigate. I was able to grab a private session on the North sauna. The North sauna sits right on the edge of the barge so it makes it feel like you are floating right on top of the water. We got the last session of the day (6:30 PM) and it was magical getting to experience the transition from afternoon into sunset and night time. Absolutely stunning views of the Bay, Tiburon, Angel Island, the City and beyond. A glowing, full moon reflecting over the water didn't hurt either. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There's a separate changing area, and a water refilling station nearby so you can stay hydrated. The shower is located right on the deck to rinse off after you plunge. Towels are not included but you can purchase some if you forget. Rates are also very reasonable. Highly recommend!! #FEELSOMETHING

If you force people to sign up for a monthly membership on an app at least give them the ability to cancel the next month on the app. Fixing people to call someone is a shady practice (hoping people forget so you can get extra payments). This is why your classes rarely have more than 4 people in them.

We…read morehad moved from the city the year prior and are very into health, wellness and community. We toured the facility, and although nice: it's very dark and small. It was very expensive for the monthly offerings (originally 250+) and we were told that the upstairs communal space (very dark, too) was not meant to be worked on more than 1-2 hours a day. Seems like a big waste of space. I ended up taking some yoga classes through class pass. Jeremy's classes were amazing, all others were sub par. The ladies at the reception barely greeted me each time I came in. Then The Portal abruptly canceled use of class pass and now offer a 180 monthly yoga option for a pack of classes. The yoga space is small and holds about 15-20 people max. If you want to use their wellness services you cannot pay a la cart to do something any longer, and have to apply join for $450 a month (!!!) to have access these amenities. The 2 cold plunges and saunas are single use and not communal. Really bad design choice. The concept was a great one, but reality of the space and the functionality is not - the price does not make any sense. This is more than you'd pay for a very very high end gym. Why not offer any communal wellness spaces besides the tiny yoga space? The place has almost a cult-y vibe to it, and is astronomically priced for the size. The vibe does not feel inclusionary at all. Huge bummer all around.

I didn't realize they had a little parking lot so I parked on the street and walked around until it was time to go inside. Please keep in mind to get to the entrance it is a fair amount of stairs, I am unsure if there is there an elevator or not. The office doesn't open until 9 but I was booked for 9 am and knew I had to come in a little early to sign the medical documents. The very kind receptionist was happy to see me at 8:50 am and helped me to sign the documents. She kindly brought me water while I waited for the esthetician to be ready. My consultation with the esthetician made me feel cared about as she took in my skin concerns and products I use. Sometimes during this process at other spas, one can feel judgement for their personal routine but she was so kind and genuinely wanted to make sure I had a good routine. She had excellent techniques and my skin was so clean and hydrated. She did give me extractions that I was nervous about but I know I needed it, she had the perfect touch to my skin as she was trying to make it as painless as possible for me. At the end she gave me some recommendations for my future skincare and I hope to see her again soon so she can reassess my skin again. Overall I had a great experience and would love to book again.
