I was a customer; while I was there, I was in fear of my life. I believe that I was being followed. I asked Employee to call the police; if he didn't know The woman who I believed that was following me. He stated that he didn't know her and told me that he was gonna call the police. I sit there for 20 more minutes waiting for The police who I thought was coming. When they never arrive, I asked the employer again If he had called them. Very oddly looked at me and he replied "no I know that man he comes here every day. He's a customer." I replied to him that it was a woman not a man, and the employer changed what he said. He then stated that it was that the black women who was his customer. I stated that she never had got out of her car the whole hour I was there cleaning my car. The wash tunnel is efficient and effective, the team are friendly and helpful and they don't just have great vacuums but powerful air compressors as well to help you clean hard to reach places like air vents and air dry your car. *****ONE OF THE WORST CAR WASHES IN THE AREA**** Let me start off by saying this review would have not been written if the owners and manager took liability and admitted that the brushes caused the scratches on my car. This happened just a couple days ago where I took my 2022 Nissan into the automatic car wash. I left like any other customer assuming my car was clean and undamaged. When I got home I noticed the damage. I contacted the manager stating that the damage was done and that it needs to be fixed. Note that this was done just a couple hours from when the wash was done. He responded by saying that the brushes would not have caused that and that this damage was already done. I explained to him that this car had no prior damage done in that area and that this was caused by the brushes. He refused again and again. Later on he ignores my texts and calls and does not want to take on full responsibility for this. I went to another car wash and they said yes, this is caused from poor maintenance on the brushes and that this happens often when a car ahead of them is filled with mud and the employees don't rinse off the car right. As I said again I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place if you want damage done to your car and for the owners to not take responsibility. read more

I would give a minus if i could. took our brand new 2024 Lexus to get washed and not sure what happened but when we were at the exit our car went backwards and the car behind us went forward and rear ended me. the 3rd car in the line saw what was happening and started honking his horn. we went inside and filled out an incident report. The employee would not give the manager name nor the owner name and stated that they do not have any type of insurance and that it was our fault because we put car in reverse. Decided to give the car wash a go on a nice sunny day. Paid for the 9 dollar wash. Almost done with the car wash and we hear a big smack at the rear of the car. Our rear taillights are protected by a grill. The grill had been completely ripped off of the car. We complained and the next morning I got a call from the manager and he tells me that it was installed correctly. Wtf? Terrible answer. I would respect more if you just said you aren't responsible. You're gonna tell me it wasn't installed correctly? I've been through so many car washes and this has never happened. Poor excuse for a manager. It was installed correctly. I know because I had to go purchase screws from where it was ripped out. This guy really got my blood boiling on a Monday morning. I will never return to this place. read more

I liked this place, I can get through quickly, the price is reasonable, the fans at the end of the car wash do a decent job of drying the car, they have air hoses and vacuums in the detailing area. But recently the vacuums were either not working, had low pressure, or were broken. Same with the air hoses, half the stalls were missing hoses. Most importantly my car didn't come out clean. I think it might've been the guy at the entrance didn't do a good job scrubbing the grill and rocker panel area. I will give them another go to see if these issues have been addressed. Otherwise, it will be time to look for a different place. read more

To start I got the best wash, $20 is kind of steep. Good thing is I was in & out within 2 minutes. It seemed a little too quick. But cleaned well. My main issue is their spinning brushing, it rotates in the wrong direction. I fold my mirrors in like always, it took both and slung them complete 180° breaking the plastic trim on my rear view driver side mirror. Why not have them rotate like everyone else's so it doesn't break mirrors ? Even if I didn't fold them in like I always do, it still would've done it, just faster & easier (in a bad way) I will say I'll give them 2 stars because the car is clean, but for the steep $20 wash that last maybe 90 sec and a broken mirror, 2 stars is generous. PLEASE CHANGE THE ROTATION DIRECTION OF THE SPINNING BRUSHES. read more

A CAR WASH THT DOESN'T CLEAN YOUR CAR! New ownership and equipment, but new is not always good, especially not in this case. First, let me say I've gone to this car wash for over 150 years. Their $5 wash used to include a guy with a pressure washer and mop, before you ever entered the car wash, and two guys on the other end drying/wiping down your car after. It was great. Now their base wash is $6 (not a big deal) BUT no pressure washing before the wash and no wipe down as you exit. And the new equipment doesn't get your car clean. I took our Jeep Wrangler there on Saturday; it only had the regular dirty film that comes from driving in rainy weather. When I paid the manager, I expressed my concern about the changes; he assured me this new set-up does a stellar job. But when I got thru the wash, my Jeep was still dirty. The hood, the rear quarter panels and the entire rear end looked the same as before the "wash." So I pulled around and flagged down the manager to show him the results. He said something about Jeeps being hard to clean because of the square angles blah, blah, blah.... Regardless, I will not be coming back. read more

If I could leave less than one star I would. I took my car into the car wash, and when my vehicle went to exit, it was not pushed forward and started going backward. When the manager called me about the incident, he told me that it was not their fault but it was mine and I had to have put my car in reverse. I did not reverse my vehicle, as I couldn't even put it in drive because the light had not turned green. When watching footage back, you can see that my reverse lights are NOT on, meaning I did not shift my car into reverse, but that their equipment failed. We asked for their insurance, owners name, and they refused to give it to us. If you don't think it's your fault then why not give us the info? (Also when the cop came they only showed them the video where you could see the front of my car, not the video that I have where you can CLEARLY see that my back up lights are not on meaning my car is not in reverse). They were quick to defense saying it was completely me at fault and that they were not liable. They wouldn't be liable if I had failed to follow instructions, but I did not making them liable. I have my car washed at this location at least twice a week. Today I purchased the Smart Wheels wash. My truck did not get completely cleaned . I informed Andrew the manager on duty and he said he could not rewash it due to the wash I purchased. I understand I dis not get the expensive wash but I believe he could have run it through at the basic wash just to remove the dirt buildup remaining on my truck.
