The attention to detail really stood out--every corner, every surface, even the little spots I usually ignore were spotless. My car honestly looked (and smelled) like it had just come off the lot. What I appreciated most was that they didn't rush through it. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. If you're on the fence about where to go, this is the spot. I have been going here to get my Acura RDX washed for the past year. I purchased their Platinum Express package with unlimited washes. I consider the price fair. The staff is mostly friendly and courteous. My complaint is that the wash rollers are not always consistently working. The last wash roller on my last trip didn't come down at all. Some are missing areas of material and sadly, my driver side headlamp got scratched up twice. I understand that there are some risks of damages like this when going through automatic washers, so unfortunately I had to take that punch. Other than that, I was pleased with the tire detail service they provide with my package. Caution - if you have a nice vehicle, understand the risks of damages you may encounter through these automatic car washes. They are convenient but can come with a price you're not happy with! read more

Auto Splish Splash - Car Wash - Frisco FM 423 I have been a paid member of this car wash for over 12 years. I have been a loyal member through all their renovations and glitches with their equipment. I have had issues with the older gentleman guiding my car into the car wash, not paying attention to what he is doing. I brought it to the attention of the management staff as well. This past Thursday, I went to get my car washed, and the older man was there. Again, he waved me in, and I was not totally pleased with it. But it appears that as the rollers pulled my car in, all was well. My car got to the area transitioning from rinse to dry, and the two rollers that should have pulled my car along lifted my driver's front tire up and back. It appeared that it would pick up and pull my car forward, but it did not. I started blowing my horn so the attendant would stop the system. No one came, and the next minute, the system pulled the next car into my car. The car pushed my car forward as I kept blowing for someone to help. No one came, as there would be an attendant to assist. The manager on site who had no customer service experience, blamed me for the whole incident without even listening. I was extremely upset the way they handled the whole situation. Very unprofessional. They were not concerned about what happened, even though the same thing had happened two weeks prior on a Saturday. On that day, they had someone stop the rollers so that each vehicle that got hung up to go through. This time there was no one, and the manager on site acted as though this had never happened before. Beware of this car wash, especially if the old man is supposedly guiding your car in. He does not know what he is doing. read more

The workers are really nice, but I paid for a platinum inside and outside cleaning and when I got home, I noticed I had a bunch of smudges and things all around my car. When I had first entered my car, I noticed there were still some dried up liquid on the passenger and driver seat that was extremely easy to remove. I did it with a washcloth at home and my steering wheel, all of my mirrors, cupholders were completely untouched. It took them about half an hour and honestly, I have no idea what they were doing while they were in there. They didn't even spray my car to make it smell. Nice when I got inside... I recently moved to the area and am a regular here. Full service wash, car is clean every time. I like that they have free water, soda, indoor and outdoor waiting area and low pressure tipping system. They have a frequent rewards program too. Nice plus, they also warn you if it's going to take a long time which is nice, so you can come back another time. read more

The folks here are incredibly friendly and kind - it makes an adulting errand so much more enjoyable. The quality of work is always great, I would totally go out of my way to come here. Their facilities are spacious and clean if you have to go inside, and their serves are priced fairly for the quality of work you are getting. Went for the $32 full service package. Wash came out good and full service interior was decent too. The reason it is not 5 stars is the lack of help. If there are 2 cars getting the interior done that is all they can handle. It might be 20, 30, 45+ minutes before they can even start on your car. No way is it worth this waste of time to get my car cleaned. There is a help wanted sign and until they get more help, I would stay away from the extra cost of interior. I visited Legacy car wash today for the first time, after finding it on google. I was using another car wash before, but they raised their prices to almost a whopping 75%. This place is organized, clean, and the young guy at the entrance was very polite and professional. I missed the old days of purchasing a certain amount and then getting the 6th or 7th wash free. I used to come to this car wash all the time because they were so good and affordable. However, the last few times that I've been here, the service hasn't been excellent. The people that work there aren't the problem because they're mostly always lovely. It's the detailing workers who don't do that great of a job anymore. The last few times I've been here, I always chose the deluxe full service, which comes with interior cleaning. My car is only a year old, and I keep her well maintained, so I'm not looking for them to do an actual detail as she doesn't need it, but I do expect them to wipe the front cup holders, console, and doors as that's what's included in the package. I usually have to look around my cleaning supplies, and my car is spotless by the time they're done with it! The customer service, or lack thereof, is what motivated me to write a review. The car wash and pricing is fine. I had a baby a year ago and had very little need for a monthly car wash pass during the early months of first time mom-hood. The manager put my account on hold - so thankful for that! Fast forward 6 months and I'm ready to get my washes again. My husband took the car and reactivated the account. The next time I went to wash they could not find my plan, so I signed a new form for a monthly pass. Since April they have been charging me $22 not once, but twice per month. My husband finally went to address it today and was basically told "too bad". Why would anyone want 2 unlimited passes on the same car? So displeased with how they handled it that I'm taking my business elsewhere and doing the same for the rest of my family who have passes there. read more

Since approximately 2010, I have been a regular customer with excellent service provided and have always paid the price and tipped extremely well. A few weeks ago, my side view mirror was damaged. I completed their written incident report, they took pictures and gave me the business card for the general manager and stated he would call within 72 hours. I did not get a call and called the number on the card. The person answered and said the "general manager" no longer owned the location (Lewisville). I called the Frisco location. No return phone call. I went by and was informed the manager would call me. That was a week ago. I will get my mirror repaired, but I will find an establishment that will be honest and practice integrity. Shameful! read more

I typically just run my car through but on occasion I get it detailed and they do a great job and they have a nice patio to wait on or an indoor seating area with a drink station. This place is ridiculously underrated on the yelp. Stopped by on a random Friday AM between meetings and got a deal of $45 for what they usually charge $49 for. I've never had my car waxed but this included a wax with a product they use called Maguires (?). I know nothing about this wax game but the car looks amazing (even 5 days later which never happens!). They claimed it will last for 6 months and if it does I will be pleasantly shocked but even if it lasts half that I'm going to be a happy customer. The employees were kind and the waiting area is top notch. Fancy coffee (espresso, cappuccino, etc.), sodas, water, and plenty of seating to work from while you wait and watch your car get beautified. Highly recommend this spot and wish it was closer to dallas! Will definitely stop by any time I'm in the hood. read more

Drove 35 minutes to this carwash and paid $149 for the wax detail. I was very impressed with the quality of the detail. The interior was cleaner than I've seen it in years! Got the legacy gold and like last time, was blown away by the detail and care seen in the photos. They gave a good bang for your buck for all of the features listed. It is pricier (209) but mine made sense for me and was worth every penny. The car is being washed as my dog was put to sleep in April. This place has a complete disregard for customer service. I spent over $100 on a cleaning/waxing service... and come to find out it was not cleaned entirely. Pedro, the "only manager" tried to tell me that he knew more about my vehicle than I do, stating that the dirty marks left behind were just damage. Some marks are damage, indeed. But, not all of them. He would not listen to a word I said and continued to talk over me when I was trying to explain my frustration. I was under the impression that a $150 car wash and wax would get all the bugs and discoloration with a nice shine, but that was not the case. There were no employees to greet me as I claimed my car after the expensive and lengthy service. Pedro proceeded to try and tell me that I should not have expected my car to be completely spotless..... WELL that would've been nice to know before I spent 3 hours, 2 trips, and $150 on a car wash. Honestly, if management would've been more customer service oriented, I might've thought to go back. But, with the condescending tone and disregard for customer service, I'll spend $150 elsewhere in hopes for a clean car. read more

I really liked this place. I've always looked for a place that washed your vehicle and detailed it by hand instead of those other automatic car washes that you have to dry it or spray wax (if you have your own) yourself. I opted for the $69 Maguiars package and my truck looks clean! It's even a little smooth after they buffed it. Their lobby is clean, smells nice and they have good amenities. I'll be back for sure.
