The Mexican woman who owns his place is rude and unprofessional. Twice I've lost my windshield wipers in here, and she refuses to admit it and to even look at the camera. They're also very slow. Instead of opening two lanes they open one lane and stand there talking forever to the cars in front of you. I've also noticed lots of soap still on my car after the rinse cycle. On February 23, 2026, for my birthday, I bought myself a car detail. I signed up for monthly membership to receive a discount on both the first month of membership and the detail. I was charged $55 for a detail, and $22 for the first month. When I returned home, I noticed the entire third row of the car had not been vacuumed or detailed. I drove back to the car wash, vacuumed it myself, and asked the attendant to refund me and cancel my membership. He told me only a manager could do that, and the manager was not there. He told me that he would tell the manager when they came in. That clearly did not happen, because on March 23, 2026, my card was charged $44 for another month. I called my credit card company to dispute all charges and they cancelled my card and issued me a new one. On April 23, 2026 you tried to charge me again, and the transaction was declined. Apparently somehow you obtained the new card number and charged me on April 24, 2026 for another $44 for a month. I received ONE car wash and ONE half-detail on February 23, 2026 that I had to finish myself. I CANCELLED THIS MEMBERSHIP. I cancelled my card and you have an open dispute with them, yet you continue to charge me. I WANT A REFUND OF $165 AND IF YOU CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN I WILL PAY the $1 FEE TO FIND YOUR REGISTERED AGENT ON THE SECRETARY OF STATE WEBISTE SO THAT I CAN SERVE YOU WITH A LAWSUIT. should have looked at the reviews first. The car wash I normally use and pay less for a basic car wash pre-treats my truck hits the windshield and the tailgate before sending it through. He barely touched the windshield and didn't do anything with the tailgate. The tailgate was practically dry when it came through and just as dirty as it was before. no one was there at the other side to wipe my mirrors normally the car wash I use is someone there wipes the windows make sure that everything is nice and dry including the mirrors before I pull away. This place is definitely not worth it but does justify probably a lower rating than they have. Oh and to top it off forget paying cash and make you use your credit card. read more

I went to the Carnation Auto Spa in Murphy and ordered the Carnation wash. Wow! 2 hours later and my car looked better than new. It didn't look this good when I bought it. Paid $24 for the most expensive carwash on the board. It use to include an interior clean. Apparently it no longer does. For in interior clean it's $40. I can go to Whitewater carwash in Garland and pay $7 and clean the interior of my car myself. No thanks, done with this place. Use to be good when it was Carmel Car Wash. Place will fail. Still had to wipe down a dozen dirty spots on the exterior because the car wash and the one person drying the car didn't do so. Didn't help the guy that presoaked my car did a half a** job and only did half of the back window and tailgate. Too much of an effort to step 2-3' further to do the other half. Good luck. read more

I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. I had no problem with customer service concerning the employees on site. it was when my truck got damaged in their tunnel when my problems started. it was my second incident in thier tunnel. the first did not result in damage, however , the second one did. carnation did admit liability and told me to get 2 quotes to repair the damage. both quotes were close to each other and would require me to get a rental car while the damage was being repaired . that is when everything fell apart. Carnation then referred me to a regional manager that never returned my calls. I went to the car wash to talk to the manager on duty about my frustration and actually found the regional there. He then informed me that in order for them to pay for the damage, I would have to pursue it through my insurance. I made my own claim through USAA , paid a deductible out of my pocket. I was informed from both USAA and Toyota Richardson that Carnation Auto Spa is being uncooperative . this happened 2 months ago and USAA is still trying to settle. I feel that Carnation Auto Spa does not care for their customers as long as they pay on time. nobody from thier corporate office has called me to inquire about the dispensation of this incident or if it has even been resolved . I cannot endorse a business that treats its customers like trash. id rather grate my scrotum with a cheese grater than go back there. stay away from this place at all cost! read more

Been coming solely to this location for about a year now, but the past 2 visits have made me decide to cancel. Waiting 10 or so minutes for your car to be dried when it's not busy isn't good. Now, today after a young woman who always seems as if she doesn't want to be there totally forgets/doesn't care to dry the back of my car, now that's ridiculous. Missing a spot or 2 isn't a big deal, but the entire back side? Now it would've been different if she didn't look so off putting, but I didn't even want to mention it today. The first time I went through the wash, they didn't even activate the brushes. When I drove back around to tell them, they offered no explanations and no apology. My car was well taken care of as soon as I went in with a wash. I was really iffy about taking it there to wash but my car came out pristine and perfect. The workers left my car completely spotless. I've used this car wash a number of times. Today, however, I took my Honda Pilot to wash and I have a plasic protector that provides windshield for sunroof. It was pulled off and broken today running the car through the wash. Not a big deal, I don't think it's the car wash's responsibility, BUT, the manager didn't have the balls to come over and speak to me after I told the lady that was drying off my vehicle. I went there for the first time today, and while I hate to give a 1 star review I was close to it. For $45 I expect a little more than running through an automated machine and then a little bit of drying off. There were still traces of smashed bugs and bird poo on my car.
