Love this car wash chain, and stopped by as a member to get a wash while on this side of town. Home base is Irving, and I noticed things are done slightly differently. In Irving members have stickers that grant quick entrance to the car wash in a private lane. On my first visit here, I got flagged down by the guy for advancing through the line. Whoops haha. He was kind and forgave my ignorance. Here you must get in line and "check in" regardless. It would be nice if the process was the same at all loactions, but I understand that it is a franchise. We will start with 4 stars as I wait to see it finished . Heck of a deal if all goes well. First time customers get 50% off first 30 day package. I opted for the $44.99 / monthly one. So $22.49 for the first 40 days. READ THE RECEIPT because it's a 2 month agreement and to cancel it must be in writing 5 days before next charge. But this isn't posted anyplace where prices or sale is shown.. my only complaint is that I would've liked to of seen a little more direction or signage for a first time customer coming through the car wash because at the entrance I was not happy with the way that my tire was guided into the slot at the beginning and at the end there's no blinking light or any indication to tell you when to go and I did not want my tire getting caught in between the cogs of the track again like it did at the beginning. But I will have to say that my car is pretty clean and I do not have buyers remorse! They do good work, so be sure to tip!! read more

I've tried this place one time and I'm not going back again. First of all, unlike all other full-service car washes I've been to, I had to drive my car onto the conveyor belt myself and stay in the car through the whole wash. The automatic wash uses a lot of close-touch brushing but little soap. After I exited, I was directed to one of the covered bays for someone to clean the interior. There's no decent waiting room inside, so I sat on one of the outside benches. The workers at the vacuum bay seemed terribly unfamiliar with common vehicle functions or they just didn't care. They flipped up the third row seats (in an SUV) to vacuum by grabbing the headrests, instead of the normal levers. Then they put them down without retracting the headrests and tried to lay down the 2nd row seats on top of the headrests. When the 2nd row wouldn't go down, one guy tried to force it by putting his body weight on it! Good thing I witnessed it and ran over to stop this madness before he damaged the seats. Another lady in the bay then couldn't figure out how to push one button to close the rear hatch. They also did not properly put back and secure any of the all-weather floor mats. The 2nd row mat was jammed in the 1st row seat track because they pushed the 1st row seat too far back. When I tried to explain things to them, they just gave me a blank stare. Needless to say, I got out of there as fast as I could and would never go back. I've never had such issues with other car washes further south on Preston, even though the other places aren't that great, either. read more

Just finished a drive from Los Angeles to Plano and my car was covered with squashed bugs. The guys at Mi T Fine Car Wash Plano took the time to pre-soak the car and then scrub off all the bugs prior to sending it thru the automatic wash. Now the car looks brand new. Fantastic job! This is one miserable place to go for car wash. After the wash if you inspect the car you will find out that they just keep cleaning the car where it is already clean and do not clean the unclean areas. I informed the person cleaning my car the areas that needed cleaned and he was doing his job but from somewhere the manager Miguel showed up and asked him to clean another car. Miguel was very disrespectful and did not clean my car. He just left and i was standing there for 15 min and he did not show up. Then one lady employee told me that they don't get paid that well for the service they provide. Its better to go to another place instead of paying this place getting insulted and not getting the car cleaned. Went to this car wash for a interior regular cleaning and an exterior wax, and they did a great job. They got all the wax off the car which a previous car wash did not, they are quick, and the windows are very well done, which is another area that other car washes miss many times. I used to have the unlimited car washes for $20/month. However, I ended my subscription because I moved and wouldn't be around the area much. The older man at the front is the reason why I am rating 4 stars. He is always very nice, and because I was around often, he would give me a free car scent. It was very convenient when I passed by almost every day. The only downfall is sometimes I wanted to get the interior cleaned too. I found this place via YELP. Love going to this place to get my car wash. You have several people making sure you're satisfied with your car wash. They have several options for interior and exterior cleaning. Instead of choosing something from a machine there is a person who will recommend which service you need. They have a managers special for basically 2 car washes for $14 as long as you return within 5 days which is not a bad deal. The car wash usually gets my Honda CR-V pretty clean on the exterior but what's great about this place is that they have two people at the end of the wash making sure you don't have a bunch of water spots and dry the car in the area the main dryer didn't. This place is a major rip off. I paid $14.99 for a 'combo wash'. There was no combo involved. This consisted of driving thru an automatic car wash and that's it!!! I will definitely not return. The 'tire dressing' that makes this a combo is sprayed on the tires as your car is in the car wash. Most places 'tire dressing' actually means someone physically applies dressing and your tires look bright and shiny. Can't believe I paid $14.99 for a basic drive thru car wash. I've gone to this car wash for about two years now. In the very beginning, I knew exactly what my car was going to look like every time I left. In the past year, the service seems to have declined drastically and which is why I stopped going for a few months. I recently returned today and this is the first time I have felt bamboozled in the price I've paid for this service. My car seemed more clean before it was detailed inside. When I brought this to the manager of the inside car service department attention; he hit me with too many excuses as to why my car would have looked like it did. I'm a very understanding person, maybe it's too early and no one is giving their best. He said he'd clean my car better for me this time but had not reassurance that this wouldn't happen again. At that point, my car still looked half assed and I just knew that it's not worth my time or energy to see this done right all the way through. It's obvious that this service industry people don't get paid enough to deal with unhappy customers or have to put in their best. I understand that. No need to continue to complain to someone who honestly doesn't have to care. So to solve my own problem, I just won't go back. Simple as that. read more

For what this is, it is a solid 4 star car wash. Yes, you drive yourself through (but they do hand dry and take their time in doing so). As another reviewer mentioned, if you have nice wheels or a super fancy paint job, this probably isn't the place for you. However, if you (like me) want your car 95% clean (the drive through will not take off the tree sap, caked on bird splats, or deeply embedded gunk hidden deep in your paint/crevices) this is a great place. The staff is knowledgable and friendly and they move pretty quickly with precision. If you go Wednesday the managers special covers basic inside and out cleaning (including tires and car fragrance) for $12.99 or $13.99 (I don't specifically recall which). This is a GREAT deal. Normal pricing is reasonable for what this establishment is and they do a far better job than the Car Max I've previously frequented. Do bring a couple dollars in cash as a tip for these hard working men and women. They do a great job! Also, you can gas up and grab a beverage at the QT next door so it's a nice one stop shop! read more

They even use an air gun to blow the water out of the side mirrors. Then a team of guys who are unloading the back of our car and vacuuming the whole thing out. I tried this car wash for the first time yesterday. It was ok. Just ok. I picked the option where they clean the outside and the inside and shine the tires. The rubber floor mates where still dirty and it seems that that go over the interior with a rug once. They do not pay attention to see if it is still dirty.
