They took a wet cloth and dragged it across my cabinets and furniture leaving water marks everywhere. They did not remove soot from cabinet handles, corners or inside the cabinets. Also when I asked them about the inside and dishes they took a wet cloth and wiped my dishes. I had to wash every cabinet and dish over. They mopped the floor but did not get up the soot that was ground in to the floor. It was money waisted. I am extremely disappointed.
