I took a before photo and after photo. I spilled Windex on my boots that left an ugly stain. When I brought them in, I was told two weeks and he asked if I wanted anything else done besides taking care of the stain. I asked his recommendations and he pointed the heels (under) were worn down and that he could take care of some of the scratches on the front near the toes. Two weeks would be tomorrow but I figured I'd see if they were ready. The phone number went to voicemail and it gave clear instructions to contact by text for questions and that hours on Google Maps is accurate. I didn't receive a response by text so I decided to head to the store. He was actually putting the finishing touches on my boots at that moment. Brother felt alive again! They have excellent customer service and fast turnaround. They address specific customer requests and can even use VIBRAM rugged soles on boots if you desire.
