I won't go into details other then they were unprofessional. The two workers there yelled at me and sarcastically said have a nice day. One guy was holding another staff back as if he knew he had an anger management issue. Both men where scary and I will never walk in that store.

The lady behind the counter in a cold and blunt manner said, " that coupon is no good. You have to bring it in at time of drop off." I replied, ' Oh, I didn't know, I wasn't told.' Again, in a very cold and curt manner she said, ' It says so on the coupon,'without making the effort to point it out to me. I was offended by her less than friendly, customer oriented approach with me. Granted, stores have their policies, but the disappointment of not being able to use the coupon could have been mitigated by a more friendlier tone of voice and better choice of words. Unfortunately, this store has lost my business because of this employee's approach that made me feel like my business was of little or no value to them.
