This is a decent Honda to go to whenever you need to get work done on your car. The main praises of…read morethis Honda are the friendliness of the employees and staff, and them doing a good job doing any maintenance work on your car. For the most part they are accurate with how long they say it'll take to do work on your car. And they are also have a decent shop that carries lot of cool stuff you can buy too for your car or for home. The only issues I have with this Honda is the show room is very small and doesn't have many cars to check out so you can get a general idea of the cars. Also there isn't much seating available either if it gets busy so you maybe stuck standing for most of the time. But that is at most Honda dealerships so it's not a shocker. Overall, this is a Honda to go to if you live in Prescott. They always are professional and friendly. And most importantly, keep their word with whatever you need done for your car.

They didn't have the tire in stock but could get it by Wednesday. I found a tire in Mayer at the Harley Davidson but I'll get to back to that. I asked if I got the tire and got there by 4 could they get me in to swallow the tire out since we need to be on the road in the morning. He said his guys were itching to go home. So I inquired about Wednesday and he said they didn't hsve to tools to swap the tire. Unfortunately there is no special tools needed for changing a tire. Liberty Harley Davidson had 1 tire for $400 however he was rude and acted like he was put out for having to go look for the tire. Then he let me know that he can't work on anything but a Harley Davidson. I let him know it was an unexpected emergency and he said they aren't allowed. The most helpful person in town was the manager at Discount tire. He called around tried to set stuff up and was friendly. I could her the guy from liberty Harley Davidson telling him he'd already told the guy on the Indian he can't change it. So we rented a U-hual and were taking home. The tire prices are about $100 more than the valley. Clearly Go AZ and Liberty Harley Davidson don't care about riders in the least. I wouldn't buy anything from Prescott Valley GoAz or Liberty HD. They aren't about riders.
