Their prices were extremely fair -- significantly better than the big-name auto glass company that everyone uses in the Prescott area. What really stood out was their mobile service. They come right to your house, and they were willing to drive all the way out to Mayer, Arizona for me. I called them, and they had my windshield installed in my front yard the very next day! In contrast, the other big-name place told me they were booked out for at least a month and would have to order the glass. Mike, the technician who came out, was outstanding -- extremely knowledgeable, professional, and fast. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I also dealt with Tyler, the office manager, who was very personable, nice, and genuinely helpful. That kind of friendly, customer-focused service is rare with other auto glass places in the area. Without Lori's help, I would have likely paid out of pocket and had a much bigger hassle. Because I am finding high integrity business is rare these days, I wanted to share a little bit of my story to help you understand how wonderful this company really is. My back story: I got a small chip in my windshield driving down the five through California en route to Prescott. I was told by a couple of friends that my insurance company would likely cover the cost. When I called Progressive insurance, however, I could not get a straight answer from anyone in the two times that I called. When I finally got an answer i was told to call Safelite auto glass, which I have now discovered is a megalithic corporation that overcharges while providing virtually no customer service. (Do not go there, folks!) When I called the Safelite number, I was instantly referred to an automated online quote process that was going to charge me $119 for one tiny chip! (Sidenote: I am amazed at my trusted insurance company referred me to this ridiculous place). I knew that this quote was way too high and so I started to research other options in the Prescott area. Gecko was the first place I called. Lori was completely knowledgeable and helpful and supportive. She understood that I knew nothing about how auto glass claims work and she held my hand and guided me through the whole process, including calling my insurance company with me on the phone in order to determine my eligibility for coverage. With her help, I was able to discover that my insurance company would pay for the entire repair. Wendell came out the next morning and had the job complete within 10 minutes!
