I did not give them a 5 star rating, I would give them less than a one, they don't stand behind their vehicles and you know, stand behind their customers period I bought a car from there 7 months ago and I took it in the month after Because the battery is not a factory battery, I'm not sure why they changed it. The car only had 9000 miles on it, but it does not have the right voltage and all of the electrical systems fail 1 / 1, not at the same time and then the next time you get in the car or it's different ones, this stranded me in the middle of a 4 lane road a week ago. Could\n Not get it to start. Everything went black. I couldn't use flashers or anything. Very dangerous and then finally, I decided to start I take it to them for a couple other times regarding this and cheat dealership won't service. It cause it's a factory battery period the dealership was supposed to call me once they had access to a factory battery to replace it they never did. I went in yesterday cause I was tired of waiting and they don't acknowledge that. This happened because there was no notes in their computer, and they basically just said sorry about your luck. BUYER BEWARE My son purchased a vehicle in August of this year (2021) and we also purchased the NVP…read more5-star warranty as we were told "it covers everything bumper to bumper" and that any future problems within the timeframe of the warranty would be covered (we upgraded to 5-star for better coverage) - this was a huge lie. With a used car we thought this was a good thing to do and my son wouldn't have any big out of pocket repair bills. Not only did we waste $1,800 on the warranty (lesson learned, these warranties are a rip-off and we were naive) but the car needs $4,000 worth of work. The warranty covers $500 less the deductible so NVP will pay out about $400. We should have taken this car to another licensed shop to be thoroughly inspected even if it would have cost $$ before purchase. Learn from our mistakes and avoid this dealership or buy nothing without a thorough off-site inspection. Also see the other reviews below. We both tried talking with them to work something out but they brushed us off, told my son they won't do anything and gave me the old "I'll check into it and call you back" brush off - nothing further. If they had been willing to work with us even a little on the repairs or stupid warranty we purchased we would have been happy, but no. Needless to say, I would never recommend them. His car has has been in the shop over a week while they sort out the repairs and joke warranty coverage so car rental fees on top of all else.

The car is a 2016 KIA Sorento and it looks and runs great without any issues. My daughters car is a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and it runs and looks terrific. Both vehicles are affordable and they both have a 1 year warranty with them. The staff there is extremely helpful and they bend over backward to get you into a vehicle within your budget. By the way, I have terrible credit and it did not matter at all! You would be wasting time and money if you go somewhere else to buy a vehicle. Why not go where you win all the way around? Oh, I read some other reviews and the people who talk bad about this place are either smoking something they shouldn't be, or they got this place confused for someplace else, or maybe both!
