I totally recommend Clear Intentions Window cleaning. This husband and wife team are great, very professional. We got 31 very clean windows that are oh so nice to look out of. And we got our solar panels cleaned. I typically love to give a great review, especially when it is earned. I have utilized Clear Intentions a couple of times and even recommended them to a few of my clients, and my clients called them! In the past they did a good job which is why I obviously tried to give them more business. This experience was not only Upsetting but bordered on Horrifying. There were 3 things that happened which have promoted me to do this review. First, I asked Elizabeth if she or any of the 3 other workers had the Vaccine shot, she said NO. I was surprised since most companies going into homes have taken the precaution not for themselves, but for the clients safety as well. I said that I was interested in understanding her reasoning not to get the shot, her answer was, " my Medical Freedom". Quite honestly I find that response to be devoid of any logical reasoning. I said the shot has kept me & many safe. She then said with a snippy attitude, do you want us to leave? I came close to saying yes, but I really wanted to get the windows done. I requested them to put on masks. Second, I noticed that my pillows on the bed were all a mess and jumbled around , and I had just made the beds. I asked her if they were like that because of someone standing on my pillows. (I have small windows over my beds). She said YES, so I thought to myself, OMG she did not even try to cover my pillows or take the effort to ask me if I would like them covered, Very unprofessional. NOTE: she was wearing shoe covers that she put on when she first arrived, that was good but then WORE THEM OUTSIDE, ALL OVER MY YARD, came in & DID NOT change them or replace them. So in essence she evidently had no problem with standing all over my bed and pillows with FILTHY shoe covers on, I find THAT extremely Disturbing!!! I got a blanket & covered my pillows (Of course TOO LATE but I was not going to watch her go back up on them again), she looked mifted. That night I had to strip all my pillows and launder them, I just did them the day before!! Then charged me $21.00 extra to clean my sky light, I did not realize that she only intended to do the inside, in the light of day the outside is still dirty. Lastly, I had to clean some spots that I saw on my sliding glass door glass that should not be there the next morning! One of the workers used my guest bathroom, I have NO problem with this at all. But then I walked past the room right before they were finished and pointed out to Elizabeth a chunk of dirt on the floor, she said "oh it's just mud from his shoes". REALLY??? and it's ok to leave it that way? She picked it up. Needless to say! It seems like they have become sloppy and do not care & it is unfortunate.. I AM NOT HAPPY!! read more

There is a reason you won't find less than 5 star reviews for this company. It's because they are The BEST. You get what you pay for so if you want cheap and sub-par service, call someone else. Brian and Elizabeth arrived on time and were quiet and clean. They took their shoes off before they came into the house, they wiped up every drip, there is not a streak on any window, they cleaned the screens, and they use different ladders on the inside than the outside so no dirt gets tracked in the house. They even cleaned some paint drips and bird poop that a professional house cleaner couldn't get off. My windows have never looked so good.
