From 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Jeff worked and worked until the glass windows were so clean that it turned invisible!!! Kidding aside, Jeff was a "cleaning machine"! He was very thorough and professional and used tools that I've never seen before, but, did the job effectively. This is the first time we've had our windows cleaned professionally and it was worth every penny!!! They look brand new!!! The one thing that truly impressed me was when Jeff gave us the quote for the entire house, it included ALL the windows. And he did clean and wash ALL the windows; including our garage door windows!!! And went a step further by also washing the garage doors as well!!! WOW!!! SOLAR PANELING CLEANING. Jeff obviously got frustrated with me when I informed him the 2 hose connections weren't tight & water was spouting out. He said he didn't make the damn machine, in a bad tone. He told me doesn't like people watching his work & he doesn't like being interrupted. He spent several hours cleaning inside and out plus skylights and screens on a house we purchased that had recently been remodeled with windows not cleaned in at least ten years! We had Jeff come out to give us a quote a couple of weeks ago and he was very thorough, explained the entire process, and what his services entail. Fast forward to today when Jeff came out to complete the work. Jeff did an AMAZING job with our 40+ windows. He did not skip a detail on any of them and thoroughly cleaned everything (tracks, screens, glass, etc). He was very professional and even put up with our barking (very large) puppy. Not only did he reach the very high third story windows, he arrives with a work truck that supplies filtered extra clean water for washing the windows and screens. He takes extra care to not dirty your floors or anything else. He arrives on time and respects your time, working quickly as possible without taking short cuts. Honestly, really great to have someone working at your house that is obviously invested in doing a nice job. He was fair in his pricing and his work is impeccable. Tools kept coming out and each window had numerous phases of cleaning before the final finishing touch. It literally made some of the windows look completely different (they are decorative and we recently moved in and I didn't even know they were supposed to be clear because they were so dirty I thought it was the finish).
