I learned some very useful techniques that now benefit me. I'm only giving a two star rating because of the following: While at IOP I arrived thirty minutes early a few times, and the admin was quick to scold me for being too early. This was quite annoying because I live in Cypress, and I had to drive thirty minutes to an hour to get there. This is not something that a paying customer should have to endure. The Aftercare program, which I also attended, was much less beneficial. It quickly became apparent that it was just a repeat of the IOP program. To me, it was simply a waste of time and money. I found that the therapist who led the group would let certain people monopolize the time which became a source of frustration that caused me to quit. Needless to say, the issues with the admin's customer service skills continued during this time as well.

Seeing them for therapy has helped me combat the effects of PTSD, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. I got into a healthier relationship, started eating healthier, working out more and finding out more about myself. They have a great team who are always hands on from the secretary's to the actual therapists. They are really good about making sure that you have your sessions in order, being attentive to your needs and giving out great references to psychiatrist that are able to communicate on which routes are best suited for your mental health. They are great about making you feel as if you arnt alone and you are really heard and not judged. For once in my life I feel as if I can sleep, maintain a healthy diet, and communicate better with my loved ones and peers. But of course there are always the general fall backs you can have, they are so great at keeping you from feeling guilty or losing sight of your journey. I can honestly say seeing their commitment, passion, and care really has helped me be a better version of myself I never thought I can fall in love with again when I looked in the mirror. They help you learn about yourself, discover things you never realized, and balance out your life. I have also sent many of my friends and peers to them and have received nothing but phenomenal feedback. I would definitely say call them and send them an appointment. Another thing that is also great is that they are really good about dealing with the inconsistency of people with adhd. So while they teach you to hold yourself accountable, they are good about keeping you accountable for your appointments.

I won't nitpick the areas of improvement and lack of communication, but what I will point out is the money grab!!! Yes the Money grab!!! I went in for my weekly $170.00 treatment a few weeks ago, which I pay for in cash no insurance. I filled out the kiosk check-in and boom I'm told I owe a bunch of money. Note I pay each visit in full period. You can't leave without paying. Now with further discussion, which delays my visit and, makes me late for another appointment I'm told oh it's an insurance thing and they didn't pay etc etc. Now note there are at least 5 others I'm hearing with the same issue. I have a friend that goes to another location and there is the same issue going on. Once they realize I'm a self pay they tell me oh it's ok just go in and we will fix it. I get my treatment for $170.00 and I pay. I come in the next two weeks the same issue however now the money is being demanded, it's from 2025, and they have all these print outs!!. I will tell you one thing I've looked at each bill...and paid said bill in full each time, but there is no way I owe them a dime especially from last year! It's clear to me that their business model here is to grab money from anyone who has insurance after the fact because it's next to impossible to deal with insurance. Anyway buyer beware keep all your paperwork for years or you'll have a battle on your hands. Expect to see more reviews like this. For me there are several other options and I'm shopping for a new actual Doctor that will spend time with me and not rush me along. In closing turn over is high at this business and that paints a real picture. Everything is handled remotely no doctors are on site nor do they optimize your protocols thru any communication what so ever. I've learned that my protocol should be three times a week not once a week. Knowing is power.

Im not really sure why it had to happen at the time of my appointment. Sadly, I had to make the difficult decision to put my pet down. I reached out to see if they could offer any leniency with their strict cancellation policy. They had already taken a deposit ($50, if I remember correctly), but then charged me an additional $100 for the cancellation. I tried to explain my situation, but it felt like I was talking to an ai robot person on the phone who kept saying the same thing over and over like a horrible broken record. This kind of response is unfortunately pretty common and probably not surprising. I did find a new friendly psychiatrist who doesn't even have that policy, or atleast after the VERY FIRST TIME. I DIDN'T EVEN MEET ANYONE IN THE OFFICE YET. anyways yeah, i do NOT recommend this place. So thankful there's better out there! :)
