This is a single man operation but he is really helpful. I got my new Tesla Model Y done because there is so much glass on this car the summer sun made it so hot inside. After talking with him, I got 70% put on the windshield, back seat windows, rear window. The back seat windows already had the windows color shaded and didn't want them too bad. The front and rear windows I wanted protected from heat but clear as possible. I put 15% on the roof (on size tint he had that would not require a seam). It is a bit dark, but I can still see out. The front seat windows are 35% to comply with Arizona law. Because of the number and size of windows, it took him all day 9:30-6:00. But it looks great. It was a bit pricey but it took all day and lots of glass If you are in the market for window tinting, check him out. read more

I had great customer service here. Joseph explained all of the time options as well as the difference between privacy glass and window tint and the state laws in Colorado which is where we are from. I went with the highest quality tint to keep the heat out of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. And talk about fast; he installed the window tint in 45 minutes! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. If you dont want to read this whole thing, to sum it up, go somewhere else where they can do your car properly without making excuses. YOU WILL RECEIVE A LESS THAN INFERIOR JOB WITH YOUR ONLY OPTION BEING "PAY MORE" TO FIX HIS MISTAKE. My husband took his car in and I had an emergency so he got the car back and quickly came to me and my kids. When he got to me, I looked at the car and couldn't believe he left the shop with the windows the way they were. I understand bubbles may take some time to burn off, we'll see if thats an issue soon, as you can tell I have ZERO confidence in this place. The tint does not cover the window completely. The edging is terrible. The corners are rounded off, when we do not have rounded-cornered windows. We took the car to two other tint shops and they both agreed that the job is bad. One out of four windows came out as expected. The back window I am not happy with either, the bottom edging of the window looks like my six year old son did the cutting. My husband goes back to the shop and asks if we can get the windows fixed, like the one good window. The guy then tells my husband that the car is fine and the hard plastic on the window does not allow him to go to the edge of the window, which allows a gap between the window (except for one window, perhaps that window is made of different material...). The gaps look ridiculous. I have had many cars tinted in my life, and seen many tint jobs, on cars of similar style, and they do not look like this. After the owner looked at the car, he told my husband he would be back, and he began helping other people and just ignored my husband and acted like he wasnt there. I called the owner to find out what is the problem with fixing the car. He repeats what he told my husband, due to the hard plastic... So I ask, why not tell us this car is difficult for you and he states the only way is to take the window off, or remove the door seals, which would be additional cost.. additional cost to fix what should have been done properly in the first place.. I dont think so. Then he states, your husband didnt want to pay additional cost for the top of the line film, why would he want to pay extra to have the job done properly. Excuse me?? Can we make that decision for ourselves? Who would knowingly pay to have a job done improperly?? If he had told my husband, "because your car has hard plastic around the windows, there will be a gap, unless you want me to do A or B" we could have made a better decision on the tint, or at least known that our tint job would be inferior. Then he tells me to go to the mall and go look at other car window tints and see how it looks.. Seriously, I was looking at the car I was currently in, even pushing the rubber seal back, I still cant see where the tint ends. After going round and round, obviously not getting anywhere, we end our phone call. The owner is extremely rude, stating he has 27 years of experience.. you would think in 27 years you could learn customer service. You have an unhappy customer, fix the problem. He's telling me we are the only people in all his years to ever complain about the window gapping. Find that hard to believe. If you survived this review, run away from this place. Or if you just want something thrown on and do not care about about quality work, this is your place! read more

My regular tint shop was booked out to long so I needed something quick and I got in fairly easy but upon arrival I was told that my dirty Windows would would transfer the dirt to the window. So I was asked to wash my car so that dirt wouldn't get in the tint? Normally I wouldn't mind but I was in a rush and usually that's the ringers job to clean the windows and then cut and lay the tint. Needles to say that I would not recommend this shop to anyone. read more

I had the exact same experience as the reviewer Angelina O. The corners were rounded off and when I called to complain the owner, Joe, was defensive. He said he was in a no win situation and that he never has complaints. He asked me my age, like that has anything to do with tinting. He offered to correct the problem. I let him know I was leery, but did any way. When I picked up my car the second time, and 4 hours later, he only replaced the 2 front windows tint. He also wanted me to pay him an extra fee. Since he didn't replace the back windows, I asked for half of my money back. He refused stating he doesn't refund money. He was once again rude and defensive. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB. Don't have your windows tinted here! read more

I have never written a review for someone until now! On 3/13/14 I took my fiancés 2012 Chrysler 300 to AZ Heat Buster for tint, and as a valentine's day gift for him! The owner is not rude, but he is very misleading; the warrant offered is not "GREAT," and the quality of his work is not as "high quality" as the reviews I read before choosing AZ Heat Busters claimed. Now that I think of it, the only reviews you can find on this business are the ones that pop up under Google reviews! So probably my bad for not doing a deeper research before trusting AZ Heat Busters with my car. However, that does not excuse the fact I paid for a service, and I expect to pay for good quality work! I did not pay for, bubbles in my windows, excuses in why, and a lack of interest from the owner in fixing the ENTIRE ISSUE. After he completed my tint I was informed bubbles can remain in the tint for up to two weeks before disappearing, and to not roll my windows down for blah blah time, and wait blah blah time (so on and so forth). Me being me I didn't drive my fiancés car for two weeks, so I didn't run the risk of messing up the tint job. After two weeks went by I was inspecting the tint and noticed every window that was tinted had little patches of bubbling in them. I took it back to him on 03/27/15 and showed him the bubbling expecting the warranty would cover the issue. NOPE, he attempted to push some of the bubbles out on the spot, and then said he would fix only one of the five windows tinted. The other four windows he said he, "couldn't do anything about" because they had "lint/felt" whatever it's called, in them (AND THAT'S NOT COVERED IN WARRANTY). I'm not a confrontational person, and I give people the benefit of the doubt more then I should probably. So, I scheduled a date for him to re-do the one window and emailed my fiancé (who is deployed) the news. My fiancé reached out to the owner via e-mail in hopes to get a response into the issue which had occurred with the tint. He received no response!! I took my car in on 03/12/15 to get the "one window" promised fixed. This time asked the owner can he please tell me again why there is bubbling in all the other windows, and why it can't be fixed. The owner checked my windows again and informed me "this bubbling was normal." He said it's from the "lint/felt" whatever is inside the window seal! He then pointed to a car next to mine, which happened to be a 300 to show me their windows and the bubbles that were noticeable in their tint. He said this is normal and just how the tint adheres sometimes. This review is getting long, but I hope my point is getting across! Pretty much was feed some BS, and then not willing to fix all the windows! JUST ONE because "it's common for bubbles to be in tint" and the "cause for my bubbles was not in warranty." I feel if his business is as reliably and high quality as claimed, then he should of informed me/the customer if the "style" of my car would increase the chance of bubbling because of "lint/felt" in the windows. Don't do a tint job, have the customer pay (cash only), then showing them a warranty which pretty much excludes you from taking any responsibility in a piss poor tint job, then give excuses as to why you "can't" make things right! I pretty much got screwed and taken advantage of! P.S AZ Heat Busters, I have another car with tint on it *from another company in CA! Guess what no "common bubbling" as you described to me in it!!!!! Not only can I bring this car in to show you what a good tint job looks like, but I can also bring you a couple family members cars as well, just in case you are confusing this good tint as a "random occurrence"! read more

After being told one price over the phone (which I told him the make and model of car), He said 120.00. When I went back to speak to him, I told him I was a little early and asked if he would be done with the car that he was working at 3:30, he said maybe 3:30 or 3:45, he then said hey don't be mad at me and I said I wasn't I was just trying to determine if I should go run errands first. Then he says let me see your car and we walked out. Then looks at the car and says I am going to have a lot of left overs so $140. I explained that he told me over the phone $120. He says I does not know every car by memory (His words, but keep in mind I gave him the make and model). Then, he says I have done these before and they take about 3-4 hours (yeah, those were my cars that you did). After telling him never mind he got snippy and I told him I would just take the car somewhere else and write a negative review. He puffed his chest, flipped me off, and grab his junk standing in the door way off his business, and then told me to F**K off. While other customers were in the waiting room. I have been going to him for years and have sent many customers his way. Obviously, he cannot handle people disagreeing with him (See other reviews). I would avoid his shop at all cost, not worth the hassle. Thing is not only did he loose my business he just lost others too! I would love to hear his side of the story so please stay tuned, maybe it will be comic relief for those reading. read more
