Previously I had them repair our two vehicles from hail damage. Went here to get an estimate of damage prior to contacting my insurance company, as I knew they would send me here anyway. (My insurance company uses Autobody USA as a preferred repair facility.) Met with Ted Otten, he wrote up an estimate of damage. I was in and out in ten minutes or so. Contacted my insurance provider and was told to make arrangements with Autobody USA - Southside for the repairs appointment. I called Debi and made arrangements to drop my car off the day before. I dropped the vehicle off and ran some errands with my wife. Only a few hours later Debi called me to tell me my vehicle was finished. I could pick it up later when ever it was convenient! We drove back to find my vehicle was indeed ready, plus it had been washed, vacuumed out and waiting for me! How about that for service!!!? Now that does not mean your vehicle will be ready a full day ahead of schedule, but, that is they way they do business! Should it become necessary for me or anyone I know to need auto body repairs. I will be sending them here! You cannot go wrong with Autobody USA - Southside. We setup to return it to be fixed, when we got it back a few days later the manager wanted to argue that the paint can happen and that was the best they could do. How about doing it right the first time and not giving us a BS line about what we may or may not know about paint and clearcoat. Such bad customer service to try to make the customer feel stupid instead of realizing that the job wasn't done well and to try to find a way to fix it. This is what is wrong with Customer service and why people get tired of dealing with this crap. I would NEVER again recommend Southside to ANYONE.

They tried a initial remedy that ultimately did not completely solve the issue. I called back and they fot my vehicle in promptly for a more remedial solution that took several days to complete. So far I havent had any leaking. The amazing part of all this was the cost of this work. I will not reveal this because I dont think it would be fair to others expecting the same. But you can be assured no other shop could come close... I cannot spread the word for enough about the integrity of this shop and especially Jake! You guys knocked it out of the park!

After 2 months and an additional week, My 2024 Dodge Durango is finally completed. As I check in, the receptionist misinforms me that I owe the $1000 deductible of which I remind her that she said to me I wasn't responsible for after calling Progressive the day I drop it off. You may want to read notes before advising an already frustrated customer. Also , don't ask a customer to sign paperwork for a vehicle I haven't seen yet. I was finally given a rental car 2 weeks ago on the shops dime after asking for one due to the shops errors on my car due to the damage on my car wasn't assessed properly. Never again will I use a "Progressive Insurance " body shop provider. A serious bunch of waste of my time.... I dropped my car off October 27th and now picking it up December 31st... still waiting... after 5pm. Oh.....now an UPDATE... just now I'm told they can't get the liftgate to work due a programming issue and now I have to wait until the Chrysler Technician comes again to fix it... which won't be until Monday January 5th supposedly?!?!? I walk into the door entry way to wait and vent by myself and I'm told to wait outside as it's a place of business and my language isn't appropriate?!?.!!!! What do you expect from a customer Mitch when you tell them to come and pickup their car saying it will be ready and then arrive and find out it isnot ready?!?! And we talk outside and you have the audacity to try and gaslight light me by saying " I put pressure on you by calling frequently to get a status updates?.."" how is that my problem?!?? Dude I'm the customer... as I told you a few weeks ago just give me a date as to when it will be ready?? I would have not been happy if I was told not until January but I have the rental car and I could have dealt with it... the problem I had this evening was showing up this evening after being told to come and pickup my car. Don't work on a car while the customer is waiting. Don't give someone a date of pickup if you're still working on it. Everything was fine up until this evening. Don't tell me not to call you inquiring on MY OWN CAR! FIGURE OUT A BETTER WAY TO. HANDLE ISSUES BEFORE THEY HAPPEN. Don't try to appease a irratated customer and take the problem personal just handle it differently and let a customer know that it's done when it's done 100% PROPER PLANNING PREVENTS POOR PERFORMANCE and PREVENTS FURTHER CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTION The CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND WITHOUT HAPPY CUSTOMERS YOU WONT HAVE A BUSINESS I WANT THE OWER OF THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION TO CONTACT MR ASAP! Now, A few weeks ago on a warm spring day I took my Durango to the Milwood car wash and my son pointed out to me water leaking in the rear. I also discovered that my hatch wasn't closing properly, and a seal on top was coming off due to improperly sealed. I called the regional manager again...yep..: again.... So, they got me another rental car so they can work on it.. again.... This time a 15 year veteran technician supposedly. I picked it up today.. 2 days later... they discovered water below the storage unit in the hatch after the took it apart. Mort said they cleaned out good and dried it. However, after I got home my car wasn't unlocking using the passive entry. I couldn't figure out why I had to manually unlock the door with my remote. So I YouTubed it and learned that the passive entry wasn't connected in the back. So again they left another unresolved issue that thankfully could figure out on my own but THE AVERAGE CUSTOMER WOULD HAVE BEEN SCREWED AGAIN!! DON't EVER GO TO A CALIBER COLLISION SHOP!!!!
